“I popped into Boots on Hounslow High Street for a last‑minute travel‑size toiletries top‑up. The store was open early (around 8:30am) which was great for a weekday run. It’s easy enough to get around, and I found what I needed — shampoo, toothpaste and a small pack of pain‑killers. Staff at the counter were polite and efficient when I checked out. I also noticed they had a fair selection of beauty and skincare items, so it’s good for both essentials and little treats. On the downside, some of the shelves felt a bit sparse — a few items I wanted were out of stock. But overall it felt convenient, especially if you’re after quick everyday essentials.”

“Absolutely lovely hidden gem!! We popped in to get some spices and meat, this was our first visit and the shop is spotless, the staff were friendly and helpful. We couldn’t walk past the hot food and not buy any, we already had food that we’d just bought somewhere else so only got a mutton samosa and chicken wrap - ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!, I wish we had got more as we won’t be able to pop back until the new year, they were honestly THE BEST samosa & wrap we’ve ever had, I’m always dubious with samosas as they are usually ‘hit and miss’ but the flavours, textures and even the filo pastry was second to none! The shop floor, was so well stocked, very reasonably priced and was clean, organised and tidy! Brilliant find!”

On August 3rd, 2025, the manager and staff went above and beyond to help me find a fragrance I’d been searching for over 20 years. It had been discontinued, but the amazing team didn’t stop there — they personally called around other stores across the UK to track it down. Even as the store was closing, the manager stayed behind to assist me patiently until they successfully located it. They even secured five gift sets for me before the stock was sent back to head office. Their kindness meant so much — it turned my birthday week into something truly special. As someone with ADHD, I really appreciate the patience, effort, and understanding they showed throughout the process. Their dedication and empathy went far beyond what I expected. Selling goods from suitcases to curtains, rugs, bed sheets n much more. There is also a small mobile phone accessories section for all new and older models. Not sure if he does repairs tho.”
