“Great swimming facilities if caught at the right time of day. Easy access to a sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi. The price is good if you're willing to pay for three months membership. The only shorter option is a session pass which cost me more than I was happy to spend. Next time I think I'll hit the gym too!”

“I always avoided this Boots as there are fer less products (cosmetics) compared to the one at Canada Square and the staff was always too relaxed and dismissive. But I have to say THANK YOU to Fiz, one of the staff members there. He has helped me in at least three separate occasions: once with a refund, another time with a product change and another time with advice ordering the product I was looking for (its was out of stock for several days in a few shops). He deserves to be praised for his hard work and I’m sure grateful for him being there.”

“Purchased an E-Bike from here, had to get it fixed due to an accident I had, delivered the bike and was advised it would take up to 3 weeks to have the part needed to be delivered. Got a call by the end of the second week and it had been fixed. Due to a busy schedule I was unable to pick up the bike for a couple of weeks, they did not rush me to collect the bike which...I don't know if it is worth mentioning but that was a real positive part of it for me. I then had to have the wheel sorted due to a punctured innertube. Brought it in and I was advised of how long it would take, It was completed in good time as advised. All the staff, especially the team in the bicycle department have been incredible. Jack and Sorin are so friendly and have so much knowledge. Cannot remember the head technicians name, I think it began with an M? Really really nice guy too. Service is on point and the staff are a credit to the company.”

He spotted when it wasn't a good fit and encouraged us to leave with the right fit rather than rush a sale. I had to go through several pairs for it and it took a while but I left really happy. “This is the Clarks at Westfield mall at Sherped's Bush. Walked in looking for a pair of comfortable walking shoes. Found one on sale but needed the other shoe to the floor display. The sales person was very helpful and detailed oriented. Another associate sent up the other shoe, but my sales person found out it was the same size but different width. I ended up not buying anything this time but will def be back because of the positive experience.”
