“In a town where culture, the arts and music has been allowed to dwindle for the best part of 15 years, the Pump House is an absolutely vital part of the local arts and music scene. It provides an essential space for music and theatre in a way no other venue now does in Watford. From amateur theatre and kids theatre groups, to live music of all sorts, Watford would be artistically poorer without the Pump House. It should be supported and protected at all costs.”

“This is a beautiful park and gardens that has had a lot of investment and conservation in recent years. The landscaping is beautiful and as well as a cultural landmark this is a great local park and gardens for the community. Chiswick House is definitely worth a visit if you love nature, history and enjoy a beautiful setting for a walk. Child friendly with a modern cafe, it is also a short walk from the river Thames with beautiful walks down the Thams Path!”

“We absolutely loved our wedding at Burgh House. It is a beautiful venue with an excellent layout for both the ceremony and reception, right in the heart of Hampstead. Francis, Sophie and the rest of the team were incredibly thorough and attentive, identifying details we had not initially considered. Communication was excellent throughout, and it was always easy to get in touch to discuss any last minute questions. We particularly appreciated the final meeting close to the day, which helped us feel completely prepared. Everything ran smoothly and we could not have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend Burgh House to anyone looking for an elegant and well-managed London wedding venue.”

“Stunning historic offices of the former William Waldorf Aster. Built in the 1890’s it has a beautiful interior, gift shop and small cafe with indoor and outdoor seating areas. Only open to the public when showing an exhibition. Lives Less Ordinary currently showing until April 20th 25. The Bulldog Trust runs various workshops and it can be hired as an events. space. Well worth a visit when open to the public, a genuine hidden gem!”

“With a particular style in my head I trawled the internet for days until I found these dining chairs at Black’s of Sopwell. I called Ian and asked if he could send some colour swatches to me…Black’s is in St. Albans and we are in County Durham! I received the leather swatches within days and decided on a colour. I ordered the Dylan chairs for our new kitchen initially but during the house upgrade we agreed a new dining table would be nice too. Once again I spoke to Ian and we ordered a further 4 Dylan chairs and the Elements dining table. Ian is the best! He was so helpful and delivered all of our furniture personally. I cannot recommend Black’s highly enough. The delivery period is quite long but the furniture is of such a high quality and made to order so that is to be expected. Definitely worth the wait, we love, love love our furniture from Black’s!”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Phenomenal Service from Regwan, Joao, and Kate! I have to give a special shout-out to three employees who made my visit to see the Chainsaw Man movie nothing short of exceptional. Regwan, Joao, and Kate were at the front desk, and every single interaction I had with them was outstanding. They provided truly amazing, excellent customer service. Beyond just being incredibly efficient, they all had such a wonderfully positive and welcoming attitude. It is so rare to encounter service this phenomenal. This team is an absolute asset to your theater, and I hope their management knows what gems they have. Thank you, Regwan, Joao, and Kate, for making my visit perfect!”

“Lovely English Heritage property that is the former home of the Duke of Wellington, now filled with artwork on the edge of Hyde Park. The 6 rooms upstairs, 2 on Ground, and 1 in the Basement can be seen in about 40 minutes, though longer if you wish to admire and read about the artwork more. It’s the former home of the Duke of Wellington (victor of the Battle of Waterloo), so there is a sense of grandeur from the dining room, ceilings, and general flow of the home - even if it’s now mostly artwork vs. furnished rooms. The artwork is quite impressive, with paintings by Velázquez, Rubens, Goya, and more. Both an audio guide and in-room books area available to provide more information about the pieces. The basement then has a one-room exhibition about his life. Seats are available in many rooms. Check the hours before going - it’s typically closed Monday-Tuesday, even in summer, then often only open in the weekend from January. No shop, though a few books for sale in reception. Toilets in the basement were fine.”

If you're visiting Hyde Park, Kensington Palace, or the Royal Albert Hall, don’t miss this landmark. It offers insight into British history and the legacy of one of its most influential royal figures. A perfect spot for photography, learning, or simply enjoying London’s historic charm.”

“Best place for shopaholics. Amazing shops like Prime mark, TK max, M&S foods, Boots, Ikea, H&M, Zara, JD and many more. Great food outlets. But beware of pickpockets, they come on bicycle and snatch phones.”

He prevented me from buying a leasehold property with an extortionate rate of 60k for a deed of variation when I had blinders on. Ended up with a share of freehold in a much nicer area that was a much better fit, and he helped me close on it in about 1.5 months. An absolute legend who I’d recommend in a heartbeat!”

“Fancy the best steak in London? Come here. It’s the platonic ideal of a good steak. And the great news is that the wine, desserts, starters and sides are just as fabulous too. “We had a gathering of around 20 people for our gym team Christmas dinner. The service from arrival was spot on. We were shown were to go. We had a champagne Reception and canapés that were absolutely amazing. Beautiful variety and taste wash lush. We then had a three course meal booked. In-between those meals were were spoiled with additonal treats also made by Chef Andrew and his team! Food was exsquisite from the starter right to the desert. The service from Chef Andrew who even checked in to make sure all was ok was really professional. We all felt special. I would highly recommend using this hotel for their food services. Small to large gathering like weddings. Thanks again Andrew and Team for a fantastic Christmas dinner treat! Tasha”

“Amazing place to run as well as a good place to take the fog for a walk. Lots of other friendly dogs and dog owners for the dog to socialise with. Only issue I had recently was on two occasions while I was running around the park, someone walking towards me looked up and purposely walked into my direct path. Unsure why this happened or what is wrong with people.”

“Came to Megan’s for a meal with my mum and sister to kick off my hen do weekend. We had never been before but had the best evening here! Firstly, the restaurant is magical and outdoor seating has a stunning view. Made the most of happy hour and the cocktails definitely didn’t disappoint! The staff all had amazing energy with genuine interest in their customers and fantastic communication skills. They seemed like they loved their job and team, wouldn’t stop smiling and laughing ❤️ as for the food, the best meal we’ve had in a long time. “The day after, and I’m still thinking about how good this food was. I’ve been getting used to eating Asian cuisine, so some flavors don’t surprise me the way they did when I first started exploring food tasting. Brigadiers, however, did the trick. Every dish was extremely flavorful and well-balanced. You could distinguish each ingredient, and none overpowered the other. That applied to everything we ordered. The service was excellent too: fast even on a packed night. Our waiter was incredibly knowledgeable, and thanks to her recommendations, we were able to make better pairings that elevated the whole experience. As for the atmosphere, it’s a sports bar, which gave it a lively vibe, yet it still managed to feel cozy and intimate. Very versatile energy overall. The décor was also a nice surprise. I especially loved the hallway leading to the bathrooms.”
