“Stayed last night after checking in at 1am the lady on reception couldn’t have been more helpful. After a bad day and half the night at work she was very understanding of my situation a credit to the company. Room was great with a lovely Hot shower. Breakfast was also very good. Would highly recommend.”

“As surprised as I am, I have to give 5 stars! It was a great stay, considering it is a 3 star, budget hotel. Rooms were very clean, a bit tired but spotless. The carpet must have been laid out recently because it was still fluffy and soft. I loved the idea of open space underneath the bed as you can easily hoover under and there is no old dust lingering there. There was no musty smell in the rooms and the corridors smelled of fresh cleaning procucts. Our daughter praised the comfort of the kids bed (no springs digging in her body). The food was good, both dinner and breakfast, small buffet but sufficient enough for warm and cold options. I forgot to mention the welcome card on our desk and 2 christmas colouring cards for our daughter which is some serious 5 star hotel add on :) It wasn't perfect but it was surprisingly quiet for a full capacity and we enjoyed our stay throughoutly.”

“I have been registered for few years in this practice and I must say that everyone is so polite and helpful especially Richard who is the vet that I dealt with regarding my cats. He spayed my cat and in my view he’s amazing veterinary. The operation was so clinical and minimum cuts were made and not even noticed any stitches or swelling and my cat healed within days. Well performed Highly recommend this practice and a great veterinary. Very pleased and happy with their service. Thank you”

“We had an 8 hour layover at Heathrow so we decided to discover the nearby historic ostrich Inn for a proper British meal and we weren’t disappointed. A charming old building. Fresh lagers and ales. And a beautiful menu. I thoroughly enjoyed my jarmans pie! Great experience.”

“Amazing building in beautiful grounds with a fabulous lake. Plenty of free parking and good WiFi ,the restaurant and bar are also a nice place to relax. The menu is ok not a huge selection but does have a good selection. The bar only as two draft beers on offer a IPA and Moretti plus bottles are on offer. The rooms with a garden view are away from the main building but are basic but ok. All the staff are friendly and can’t do enough to ensure you have a great stay.”

“This place definitely deserves a 5 star.I tried different kebabs and the food was delicious ..If you order takeaway ,they will send the kebab in a perfect packing. The packaging keeps the food warm so that it retains the original taste.The ambience is good, staff are very polite and co-operative. Overall , I recommend this place 100 percent.”

“Had a really good time here. Spent about 5 nights here and my family and I enjoyed it. We used a family room with 1 double bed and 2 single beds for a family of 5 with 2 small children. The staff were amazingly helpful and went above and beyond to help us. The location is excellent....right on a few major bus routes making it ridiculously easy to get into the centre of London or Legoland. While they don't serve food themselves, there is an amazing restaurant next door that does breakfast, brunch or lunch, and the hotel is walking distance to a small service tesco.”
