She then went above and beyond making sure I was tested for every other possible issue, vaxxed to the max and put on Prep. Terese the nurse was also wonderful - experienced, chatty and funny, she really put me at ease in what could have been an uncomfortable situation. A huge thank you to them both!”

“The best service we've ever had from an insurance company. I'm an 8 year old Viszla called Bella. I've been insured with LV for 4 years and never been ill, not even a cold. But when I got a couple of lumps on my tummy and leg and they were getting bigger the vet said I should have them removed as a precaution. She did it the following week and I went home wearing a very un-flattering doggy onesie to cover my stitches. Anyway, I went back on Monday and I've got the all clear! Horray! My human said he got through to another human on the phone and was sent a claim form by email. It was very easy to fill in and the vet sent it off for him last week. He got paid today and said it's the best service he's ever had from an insurance company.”

“After running around london all weekend trying to find a sexual health clinic. Visiting here made me feel so well looked after. We emailed them on the Sunday and got a reply the morning of the monday and a same day appointment. All of the staff were very kind and efficient. I especially wanted to thank Pippa for her lovely service, she explained in detail the copper coil procedure and made me feel super safe all throughout. I had full confidence in her and the procedure was short and fairly painless. I am very grateful! Thank you so much!!”

Heart attack?! For the next seven days I’ve had the best attention and the most polite care I could imagine. The food was far superior than in 2017 when I went through a similar experience in the hospital. My heartfelt thanks to everyone taking care of me, I’m truly grateful.”

“I have tried several treatments at Wellness Therapy Centre: Acupuncture with Sarah Joseph - this was my first time trying acupuncture; it was an amazing experience and I loved it. I've heard the term 'holistic treatment' before and after my session with Sarah I think I I finally understand what it means. The pre-treatment session was really thorough and I felt like I got a therapy session for free! The acupuncture itself was fantastic. It was very calming and relaxing and after my session I felt lighter like a weight had been lifted. Chiropody with Michaela - my feet had a lot of hard skin and I had pretty much given up on them ever looking nice. She did such a fantastic job of removing the hard skin and pampering my feet that after the treatment my socks felt softer! She also gave me good tips on how to take care of them and now several months later my feet still feel better than they did before the treatment. Reflexology with Gillian - I really enjoyed this treatment too. it was amazing how much Gillian picked up about the rest of my body from working on my feet. I'd swear I could feel toxins leave my body afterwards. I find all the staff at this centre to be really friendly, professional and helpful and I look forward to booking more sessions in the future.”
