“I am really disappointed to see thar some reviews people have said this is a 2 star hotel. There are crazy ilford travelodge is the best hotel in east london for me its 5 star. The service we get every time is the best. We always come to this hotel and without a blink we get everything' we asks for . The location is the best 5 mins away from the station shops near by. Rooms are always clean. And the staff especially these guys are what hotels are made off. Starting with lira running the place with a special mention to sabrina,tammy, emannuela, amit, shadab, adriano, alina, ashif. Giffty. “Good hotel close to train station. On my second visit here due to work . Good prices safe and secure. AHAN ... STEVE who works the night shift . Is such a lovely guy really help full and we always have a chat . I recomend this hotel close to station short commute to Stratford. Good price for what u get really reasonable. “Excellent place to stay. I went to London for meetings and work and I really liked this place. Very comfortable place, room and bed, and reasonable prices which is much appreciated. There is a fridge available in each room and it was really quiet, I slept really well. There are 3 Wi-Fi connections, it was great to work remotely. Additionally the location is well connected with the Metro line, I will definitely come back again. Congratulations!”

“We reserved 2 rooms and spent 2 nights over the weekend. The cost was fair, and the staff were very accommodating. They took care of the parking situation in the middle of the night. The 2 rooms were situated close together as we had requested during the booking. Additionally, the hotel's location provides easy access to the train station for commuting to London, which is great. The rooms were is good condition and kept clean, and they provided a breakfast service which served freshly cooked hot means. I was initially concerned, since reading negative reviews. “Just stayed here for 4 days while on a course. Very pleasant and peaceful stay. Be nice if they did food as I'm sure they will eventually, but there are plenty places to eat nearby. Price for hotel was excellent and hotel far exceeded my expectations. Will happily stay again if in area again”

“I checked in on Thursday 2nd November 2017, the check in was very quick and the male receptionist was very pleasant and most helpful, I found the same when checking out on Thursday 9th November 2017. The double room was very clean indeed ( decoration, carpets and most importantly the bed sheets, the bed was very comfortable too ). The bathroom was sparkling and housekeeping staff were very helpful from day one. The freshly cooked breakfast was excellent as was the service, the staff were a credit to Arran Guest House. The Guest House was very convenient to all public transport ( Mainline station and several bus routes ). I enjoyed my stay and could find no faults with the service of the excellent staff, so much so, I intend to return early in the new year. ( It is my pleasure to award Arran Guest House 10 out of 10 for the excellent service from all the staff including how they maintained the internal and external of this lovely property )”

“Stayed last year in july for 2 nights, all though the room was a tiny bit hot, it was well decorated, clean and tidy. The breakfast had a well layed out continental choice. The only thing i think could have been better was the room size it could have been a little wider. All in all thoroughly enjoyed myself, close to shops, close to shopping places and the tube was literally down the road. cannot wait for the next time i come here.”
