“Had a really good time here. Spent about 5 nights here and my family and I enjoyed it. We used a family room with 1 double bed and 2 single beds for a family of 5 with 2 small children. The staff were amazingly helpful and went above and beyond to help us. The location is excellent....right on a few major bus routes making it ridiculously easy to get into the centre of London or Legoland. While they don't serve food themselves, there is an amazing restaurant next door that does breakfast, brunch or lunch, and the hotel is walking distance to a small service tesco.”

“A short walk from the tube. Our room was small, but big enough. It had an ensuite with a great shower. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room, and a decent TV. We only stayed one night, and were made to feel very welcomed by everyone there. Excellent value for money too.”

“What a nice and comfortable place this is ! When my kids were almost grown-up, I slightly broken my neck and felt like visiting the UK . I knew this hotel occasionally and stayed with much satisfaction. Since the visit , I have been to the UK four times. But I always book a room of this hotel before buying a ticket to Heathrow. The staffs are very very warm.”

“Absolutely a great Hotel with a great location in London. You are a few meters away from Victoria Station and this means that you are near everything that matters in London. Room are a small but cleaned every days. Bathroom was perfect. The only downside was the heat: no air conditioning and only a 'basic' floor fan that was practically useless. I suggest it for a quick trip with family or friends.”

“Honestly looks a bit sketchy at first, but it’s so lovely. It faces the water, it’s spacious and super clean. I will definitely be returning. It’s such a nice location and close to so many nice places to eat and hangout. Pretty safe too. I wish the room had a thicker blanket and maybe a bathrobe because the bathroom and shower area isn’t in the rooms and it’s an apartment sort of a situation, and I don’t think anybody would want to get see in the halls in their towel by a stranger. The kitchen was also nice and clean and had a microwave, fridge, oven, washing machine and plates etc. They had a kettle too, but it was pretty dirty and definitely not in a usable condition. They also had tea bags, coffee, milk, shower gel, moisturiser and shampoo etc.”

“First of all I did read of the reviews, but when we actually went there it was quite well maintained and run effectively. The rooms were is good condition and kept clean, and they provided a breakfast service which served freshly cooked hot means. I was initially concerned, since reading negative reviews. Needless to say I think they have reevaluated their selves and made improvements, therefore in the whole it's rather decent for a 2-star hotel.”

“I was staying for an extended period and was thoroughly satisfied with both the location and service. ❤️ I am especially grateful for the assistance provided by staff members Abbey (apologies if the spelling is incorrect) and Baron. ❤️ Abbey was truly a wonderful member of staff, showing considerate care towards elderly guests (assisting with luggage and general attentiveness) and treating tourists with limited English as a gentleman should. Thanks to him, I experienced lovely mornings and homecomings throughout my 15-day stay in London. I am Japanese. We Japanese hold 'omotenashi' (hospitality) in high regard. This hotel staff embodies it. There may be issues with some bathrooms (some rooms lacked hot water) and the building's age. However, I was moved by the staff's attentiveness far more than these points. I would recommend it to Japanese friends. To staff member Abbey, thank you for the wonderful memories. My sincere gratitude.”

“Cheap & cheerful are the exact words to describe this place! It was by far the cheapest option for a hotel in central London which I needed for a 1 night stay, and it served its purpose! Do not expect this to be the fanciest hotel you’ve been to, because it isn’t it - but it definitely is value for money because I couldn’t find anything like it in a 3 mile radius! Absolutely perfect for my needs with a private bedroom and private bathroom - most hostels charge this kind of price for the luxury of an 18 bed dorm ha! Book this if you’re just looking to get your head down for the night - it is absolutely perfect for that purpose. Do not be put off by the reviews.”

“Myself and wife stayed at the Westleigh for 2 nights. The hosts David and Jane were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in the room with Super King bed which was very comfortable, with a modern bathroom overlooking there beautiful garden. Breakfast was excellent. Nice lounge if you wanted to sit and read or look at the garden.”

“A great value for the money. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious with a walk in shower. The location was close to houses of worship as well as restaurants in the neighborhood. The owner was friendly and helpful with information and places to visit. We would stay here again.”

“Our experience with Sue has been 5 star from the beginning. I sent her an initial message on a Sunday morning not expecting a reply for a few days, but she actually called me the same day! We discussed what I was looking for and within 36 hours I had booked! It was that easy. The information we needed for the trip was always sent by email but followed up by a call or message. The trip to Thailand itself was incredible, two nights in Bangkok and 8 in Khao Lak. The hotel recommended by Sue in Bangkok, the Avani plus Riverside, was perfect and her advice about activities and excursion was spot on. Our hotel in Khao Lak, the Devasom, was everything we wanted and more. Paradise! I would definitely recommend the suite with pool. The support from Destination Asia while we were on holiday was also fantastic. We enquired about an evening Tuk Tuk food tour in Bangkok and it was booked within an hour! Our transfers from airport to hotel were all arranged for us and the vehicles used were pristine. The whole experience was seamless. I have already recommended Sue to friends and family and we will 100% be tapping into her vast expertise and experience when planning future trips.”

“I cannot rate Katie highly enough! Our previously bonded rabbits had a big fight the day before we were due to drop them off with Katie and she was amazing! She sorted out the accommodation so that they could see each other but not access each other and she gave them their medicine for a week and took them to the vet for a follow up check. It was such a relief to know they were in safe hands! Katie was also very quick to respond whenever my children asked for photo updates! Thank you so much!”

“Very warm welcome at this charming house. Bed and Breakfast is a bit misleading. Breakfast was a couple of biscuits and tea or coffee in the room. No problem for us - we never have breakfast! Lovely comfortable bed and perfectly situated for Heathrow terminal 5 (7mins in the car). Paul, can I recommend that you leave the fridge door open when not in use? It didn't smell too nice from being closed! Really enjoyed playing your piano! Keep practicing! We'll definitely use your establishment again!”

“We feel very lucky to have discovered Goulds Green Cattery after our usual cattery closed down. Our young rescue tabby is a very nervous cat but after dropping her off and seeing the cattery, we felt very happy that she would be very well cared for. “I thought I’d share my thoughts following my third (and longest) stay at Latitude. I got to know about the apartment block through friends who recognise that I needed a longer-term solution for staying in London for my work. My main home is in Spain. However I’m frequently in London so I decided that I would take a longer term lease. The apartment is perfect for me, from its positioning, (close enough to the station and town), to its general physical appointment. It’s in beautiful condition and if ever there have been tiny inevitable niggles the apartments management have pretty much fixed them there and then on the day that help was required. I find everybody associated with the building to be really pleasant and helpful. I can’t recommend this place any higher.”
