“We were served by Fabiene and Eric at the Richmond store on Saturday and it was possibly the best sales experience we’ve ever experienced, regardless of what we were purchasing. The store room itself was stunning and from the second we arrived we were looked after brilliantly by both Fabiane and Eric. Fabiane was attentive without ever being pushy, and knows so much about the products offered. We felt very comfortable to make our purchase with her support. She also offered a box of toys to keep our two young children entertained (game changer!) and we were served a hot drink within minutes of entering the store. “Excellent customer service. I bought an Acerbis Lokum glass table which broke as the glass was only 2mm thick in places, so clearly not fit for the purpose. Acerbis refused to replace. Or acknowledge that a table with the depth of a wine glass can not be anything other than dangerous. Aram offered several options and replaced the table at their cost. And we’re responsive, helpful and excellent in dealing with this. So I cannot recommend Acerbis glass tables. But I recommend Aram whole heartedly.”

Dhruv was a great help to me, he was the one who attended to me at the shop. Dhruv made sure everything from ordering to delivery was very well taken care of. He even called me the day before delivery to confirm delivery for next day. The delivery and assembly of the bed was also very quick and swift. The bed is excellent. I was recommended Furniture Zone by a good friend, so i contacted them. They said it would be extremely difficult as it was a penthouse and the time-frame but they would rearrange their work to fit the urgency, in just 3 days they had packed and shrink wrapped all the furniture and clothes and helped me with storage too, they were very cheap and trustworthy, they assured myself and my friend that all would be ok and this was exactly what my friends' family was wary about. “- Updated after my second visit - After I had a suboptimal first experience at the salon which ended up in me getting nail art that wasn’t fully what I asked for, they were very understanding of my feedback and actually reached out to me and gave me a couple of alternatives to provide a solution which I massively appreciated. I went back to the salon a second time and they actually slayed the metallic 3D design this time around, I am in love with my nails, they were very punctual and quick in the way they work on both of my visits, and the way they handled my complaint showed great professionalism and customer care.
