“First visit to the Builder Depot as they are the only place to stock Lime Green in London. The place is a magical wonderland for anyone with a hint of practical nous (or those trying to achieve it). Ordered click and collect the night before and it was ready very early in the morning. When I arrived, I checked in on my phone and a lovely cheerful chap called Jamie R helped load into the car. Went in to pick something else up quickly and the place is incredible, I could have spent hours just looking around. It's clean and tidy and the people are friendly and ready to help.”

“My local go to shop for Aga items and paint. Beautiful range of paint colours, not cheap but they do good discounts during sale. After failing to find matching stone tiles for my bathroom elsewhere, as a last resort decided to check out FE, I left with an unexpected order of mosaic stone tiles on a 20% discount and limestone grout as well! Thanks to Louisa who not only explained to me the nature of stone tiles and differences between them but also tried different options for my stone tile slab which I brought to her. The complimentary mosaic tiles as my feature wall in my shower compliments the different colours in my existing bathroom tiles and solves the problem of having to worry about the large colour variation in natural stone slabs which may leave me with an entirely different coloured wall. Happy customer.”

“Outstanding service from this store. We bought an oven to replace an existing American oven that had broken, with no parts now available in the UK. Wolf correctly advised us that their oven would be a perfect fit (it was, despite quoted dimensions suggesting otherwise). The oven is expensive but incredibly well built. The delivery was also not cheap, but the delivery men were so helpful and they were carrying a huge weight. The oven developed a fault after a few weeks and the after sales service kicked in. Very efficient engineer replaced a board and also spotted a mistake made during installation (not by Wolf) which was corrected. On visiting the store for some cleaner, the Sales Director remembered us and gave some very good advice. If you feel that well made products and good service are worth paying a premium for, I'd strongly recommend Wolf.”
