“So, I've always had my car serviced a Kia Bromley, because I'm happy with the service they provide. I'm less happy with how much faff is involved in getting to and from Kia (I'm not that Local). This year I was visited by the friendly and professional Dave Hall, who collected my car and made my whole day stress free. (No really, everything else on the day went off the rails, but zero stress with the car service made the day survivable. I 1000% recommend the Dave Hall option!)”

They transformed what had been a wreck to a beautiful family home. Very high standards of workmanship coupled with years of experience, clear technical advice and exemplary quotations & invoices meant that I could project managed the refurb. from a distance with Tony supplying detailed photos/videos at all stages of the work together with relevant emails & texts. “We live just up the road and thought it was a greasy spoon. How wrong we were. Poached is a postage stamp size gourmet breakfast restaurant. The menu is innovative. The service is warm and friendly. That totally know their coffee (fresh roasted beans on sale here too). A delightful place for breakfast (and probably lunch too. As a bonus they have a live train times board and do takeaways. 5 stars all the way.”

“I had had a busy day about in Bromley and arrived early from that to a reservation I'd made that day for early dinner (18:15). Prices were properly reasonable for such fine dining. The presentation of each course was spot on, I'd even say en place, buuuuut not my element at this time. The maître d' was professional and courteous. I felt a bit under-dressed but braved through and they brought no attention to this and treated me. At some spirit auguery advice, my royal self reluctantly avoided steak this evening, going instead from chef's suggestion menu, the seared scallops and then sea bass. The scallops were grilled, and tender rather than rubbery as I sometimes 'expect' of scallop. I'd had some grilled halloumi around lunch tiem, and joked that scallops would be right out to pair with halloumi. I think there is this. The sea bass were served seared with skin on, and a sweet tomato salsa, with a potato tower of some kind. Service were quiet and excellent. I did not once feel rushed and I NEEEEED to return for some côte de boeuf or rib-eye some day soon. This should be written. I'll be needing dress better suited. “Brought my puppy in to get her top to tail check, 1st vaccinations and microchip. I was called bang on time, the veterinarian was soooo nice and explained everything thoroughly. The receptionist was very polite and helpful, she explained and promptly sorted out a health care plan. Overall 5 star service”

“I need to refresh my duvet and it was a great experience as I never had one before. I dropped my duvet in the morning Mon and should be ready on Wednesday but I got txt on Tuesday saying is ready☺️ so I think was less then 24h to get kings size duvet to refresh. But I think I got lucky even though 2 days is not long to wait. So yes I was amazed with this. And two lovely ladies are there.”
