“It's ok. The staff are friendly. There is a sign on the pump for disabled people to get help, I have never pushed it, I prefer to struggle but I am sure they would help if asked. The forecourt is not full of spilt fuel and therefore not slippy, that's exactly why I go there for my fuel.”

“This is one of the best Tesco Express stores in the area. All the staff are pleasant and helpful, even at 7am! It is always well stocked up with a wide range of groceries and everything you'd expect really. The prices are reasonable. The store is really well situated for public transport ( buses etc) and street parking is available though becomes more difficult to find midday onwards. Prior to the Pandemic I rarely used this shop - big mistake it has everything I need and some.”

“I visited the Boots Pharmacy store located at 2, Station Road, Cheam, Sutton, Surrey SM3 8SW (UK) on 18/08 to purchase some medication for my son (who could possibly be at risk of anaphylaxis due to repeated wasp stings. I keep emergency medication on hand in the event he is stung by a wasp again whilst we wait for a referral to an allergy specialist). My son was due to spend the weekend with his father, who had mislaid the medication that I had previously supplied. I spoke to the pharmacist, Sana, who advised me according to my son's needs and as I was due to make payment - I broke down into tears and was unable stop or catch my breath. She asked if I wanted to go into her consulting room, to which I agreed and she accompanied me in, sat me down, gave me tissues, listened to me talk, listened to my fears about my son being stung again by a wasp, hugged me and then gave me further professional medical advice (which I will follow up). After approximately 10 minutes I regained composure, paid for the medication and left. I suppose the point of this lengthy review is not only to illustrate her professionalism, knowledge and customer service, but also her humanity. If she had let me leave the store in a state of panic and anxiety, I could have easily not paid attention to crossing the road (for example) or crashed my car etc Her actions made a huge impact on me and I will be revisiting the store to thank her myself and I feel extremely strongly that she should be recognised for her actions.”

“Just across from Waterloo Station and a short walk from Lower Marsh. This Tesco Express has a good food selection, fresh and frozen, drinks, household essentials. Most importantly a large well stocked variety of sandwiches meal deals. It has lots of self checkouts available. Very nice and tidy store. The times that she has been on the self-checkout machines they are always moving forwards efficiently and she makes it clear that she cares about every customer.”
