“I have been given refund by British Gas because I topped up the wrong electric key/card. I got the refund in form of RTI code. Nobody in any PAYZONE or super Payzone knew what an RTI code was. Some said oh we don't do refunds and other claimed upgrades. But the man behind the counter in Lotus knew. It is essential that Payzones be staffed by people who know how to top up using RTI.”

“Vast improvement at this Tescos, which, up until recently, I almost entirely avoided due to the staff, which was a shame as the new-ish layout and lighting in the store has made it a very attractive shop. The staff were either moody to point of appearing hostile, especially if you asked for the locaion of a product or loud and talkaive between themselves. Now the atmosphere is calm, and the staff quietly do their jobs, but, at the time, calmly tell or show you where someting is. I may not speak for everyone, but when I go food shopping, I just want to get if done with minimum aggravation or fuss and leave, without having a bitter taste in my mouth. In short, I would like to give a big thumbs up to whoever at Tescos made these changes! Because of the experience at this Tescos is so much better, I have recently got myself a clubcard - which I previously never bothered doing as I shopped rarely due the points mentioned above.”

Most of the negative reviews are aimed at 2 particular members of staff that don't often work there. The other members of staff are just lovely, welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Always so helpful and always ask how you are which explains why it gets busy because people like to shop there. Highly recommended! Just make sure your name on your ID matches the name on the parcel and there won't be any conflict.”
