I got to know about the apartment block through friends who recognise that I needed a longer-term solution for staying in London for my work. My main home is in Spain. However I’m frequently in London so I decided that I would take a longer term lease. The apartment is perfect for me, from its positioning, (close enough to the station and town), to its general physical appointment. It’s in beautiful condition and if ever there have been tiny inevitable niggles the apartments management have pretty much fixed them there and then on the day that help was required. I find everybody associated with the building to be really pleasant and helpful. I can’t recommend this place any higher.”

“Amazing store, super professional and immaculately clean and well presented.....a joy to walk around. The staff especially Hanifah were not pushy, she allowed us time to browse and was very attentive and friendly when needed. Luckily our chosen sofa was in stock and within two weeks it was delivered and set up in our house by a very professional and punctual delivery company (Humber services Ltd). We would certainly come here again and have already recommended to friends and family due to the 5* service we received.”

“Rubix Events were lovely, professional and reasonably priced! They provided a compact photo booth with red carpet treatment and props, we requested to print our photos out and the quality was very good - we even got to have custom filter for the party! They also provided number lights which lit up the room! They were prepared with their own lighting as well and were discreet, as this was a surprise birthday set up - it all went smoothly. They also had a person on standby all night to help guests with the booth. From booking to the actual event they did an amazing job and I would certainly hire them again~”

Her professional approach is outstanding, she makes you feel so comfortable, looked after and gives you a VIP service. I couldn’t recommend Meryem enough, and I have been so pleased with the result of my brows that I will never be going to anyone else. I was a little nervous about the procedure as I'd not had it done before, however, Francesca put my mind at rest immediately, and talked me through the whole procedure before we started and explained everything she was doing during and after. “The staff were very lovely, they worked with a smile on their face which was refreshing. The room was clean, bedding towels, bathroom etc. The heater was easy to work and warmed up the room relatively quickly. The only thing missing was a hairdryer which was disappointing.”

“Went down for 3 days in Easter holidays and ha really great stay. Landlord was helpful and easy to contact. Flat was really nicely decorated and easy to find. The apartments have gated parking and easy to get into. We kinda struggled with getting out though as found someone had to go outside to open gates then drive out. But we didn't check if easier way of opening carpark gates. Two lifts and wide stairs make for good disability access with ramps to entrance where car park is, and front I remember as being flat or gentle slope. Good signage for flat numbers making getting around inside easy. Window of the lat we stated in had view of carpark so not overlooking any other flats or overlooked.”

I had a really pleasant time and the rooms were clean but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay is the staff’s excellent customer service.
