“If only I could give this hotel 10 stars. I am incredibly impressed with the customer orientation of Wilde Aparthotel Paddington, and particularly Guest Relations Manager Waris Boryali. We left a valuable item at the hotel after our most recent stay. Wilde, Waris, and team went above and beyond to secure our item and work with a courier service I hired to get the item back to us. Critically, their cleaning staff turned our item in. Additionally, Waris went out of his way to ensure that our item was packaged and safely kept for the courier pick up. He remained in touch with me consistently to give me updates about the item - he was incredibly responsive. The hotel has a WhatsApp messenger feature that is so convenient. I am absolutely indebted to these consummate professionals! We have stayed there annually and will continue to do so - you cant get rid of us now! And P.S. - the rooms are super cute with kitchenettes and sleeping accommodations to fit all needs. The hotel is ideally situated to walk, tube, bus or cab to all corners of London. It’s wonderfully pet-friendly, and the service is excellent. Special shout-out to Aude and her team—their personal touches make it feel like home every time. We’re repeat guests and will definitely be back. A real gem in beautiful Mayfair.”

“I’ve stated twice at their apartments in Brixton. Great location and modern apartments. Good value for money, very clean and all the amenities were great. Good iron, fan, hairdryer. The temperature of the studio was great. The apartment was a little cool, so I sued the electric heater and it was great. The apartment I stayed had a full kitchen and washing machine and dish washer, which were super useful.”

“I thought I’d share my thoughts following my third (and longest) stay at Latitude. I got to know about the apartment block through friends who recognise that I needed a longer-term solution for staying in London for my work. My main home is in Spain. However I’m frequently in London so I decided that I would take a longer term lease. The apartment is perfect for me, from its positioning, (close enough to the station and town), to its general physical appointment. It’s in beautiful condition and if ever there have been tiny inevitable niggles the apartments management have pretty much fixed them there and then on the day that help was required. I find everybody associated with the building to be really pleasant and helpful. I can’t recommend this place any higher.”

“A spacious, well designed and immaculately finished Victorian house with a large kitchen and beautiful garden. Very well situated near the charming, tucked away pubs, bars and restaurants of Forest Gate, a stone's throw from Wanstead Flats, and a short walk to easy transport into central London. Host Tamara is absolutely fantastic. A definite 5 out of 5 experience.”

“Had such a lovely stay here! The room was so cosy, modern, and spotlessly clean. The staff were lovely and went above and beyond, they even left champagne, beer, and a birthday card for my partner, which was such a thoughtful touch! “Hi This house was in good location good condition. The room and all around the house was absolutely clean and tidy. Comfortable bed, bathroom toilet was real clean as I use to work a housekeeper of 5 star hotel . My family member was happy as they visited from Thailand. She is 82 years old. Lucky the house was perfect for her condition. I usually don’t like to give feedback but to be honest . They customer service help line was good. The key and the details they keep sending me was crazy . It’s too much but yes ! They care for you. So I give 100% and Thank you so much.”

“Had a really great experience living here (2 years). The location is excellent with a short walk to the station and overlooking a beautiful canal. Close to grocery shops and the gym and lounge area were great too. The flat itself was very well designed and allowed a lot of light as well as storage space. The building management team - Jordan, Khaled and Nicole were always kind and attentive and helped to solve issues on time. Move in as well as move out was very smooth. A big plus was the multiple levels of security making me feel safe at all times especially when returning late. All of the security guards were amazing and did a great job. They always helped with any packages and it was always nice speaking with them. Martin and Godwin in particular were really great! Overall was a lovely place to live in!”

Would be nice to have some oil for cooking additionally to salt and paper, but not a problem to buy It was nice to have a washing machine, my preference though would be to replace it with a dishwasher (but there are so many food options around that we were eating somewhere else mostly)”

“I used to stay at Mayfair House...the difference is clear..the location is great because with the St johns wood high street going into town most times may not be necessary. If u have a vehicle the underground parking is also first class...to me its a 5 star apartment hotel!”
