“My Škoda Yeti Amundsen SatNav was not showing the right time (or ETA for journeys) in the map display. This is a widespread problem apparently but when I brought up the issue with Škoda they were not helpful at all and redirected me to my local dealer who wanted £1700 to replace the entire instrument cluster. This lack of care from Škoda and blatant profiteering by their dealers is simply appalling! They don't give a damn about you once you've bought one of their cars and their grasping dealers just want to make as much money from you as possible. Fortunately for me, I found SatNav Systems and they repaired my unit, updated the software and map data as well as installing Apple CarPlay and a digital speedometer for a fraction of this amount. Not only do they represent remarkably good value for money, the company is run extremely professionally and Hamid (the owner) is really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in every way. He took his time to explain all the new features that his team had installed and I came away a very satisfied customer. The unit was repaired and renewed in less than an hour and a half and I was served coffee and cakes in a delightful waiting room with an impeccable rest room if required. I have no hesitation in recommending this excellent company. Five stars is not enough! If only more businesses were run like this, life would be much sweeter ...”

The doctor gave us clear post-care instructions and even provided written guidelines and a helpline in case we had concerns later on. Our baby was a bit fussy the first day, which we were told to expect, but he healed beautifully within a week. We followed the care instructions carefully, and we had a follow up appointment after 2 weeks. We’re grateful for how smoothly everything went and how compassionate the team was during a sensitive and emotional time for us. “I ordered a bottle of dream chaser on Alcohol Ninja's web site not realising it was in London. A gentleman rang me and said he would try to get a courier for me instead of refunding my money. A lot of couriers he said did not transport alcohol. They found a courier and sent it to me. This was a present for my Daughter for Xmas. I received the bottle and I cannot thank them enough for going over and above for me. Great experience.”
