“Finally an outstanding chicken kutsu curry in Croydon! The food was absolutely delicious and very large portions. I could smell the freshly cut cucumbers from my chicken bibimbap. The lady at the till was really nice and we will definitely go there again.”

The quality of their dishes and service is highly excellent, and they provide unique dishes that are hard to find elsewhere. “I had an amazing afternoon at The Store. The service was outstanding. The manager was welcoming and kind. I came to do some work during their Friday hotdesk session. She let me know where the sockets were for my laptop, welcomed me to make myself comfortable, and kept checking if I was okay. I ended up eating from the hotdesk menu, where you can get unlimited coffee. I had two meals, both were really nice and well presented. I called my brother to join me because it was so nice and he came and we had cocktails to end a successful work session. They were delicious also. It was fairly quiet in there. When I first arrived there was a lovely mum and baby club at the back in a separate space, so there was plenty of space to sit and feel comfortable. I usually use headphones when I’m out but the vibe was good and the music was comforting so I didn’t use my headphones. The restaurant was clean with a good atmosphere and stunning decor. I felt really focused. The lights that hang over the tables could do with a wipe though, as there was some dirt that looked like it might fall into the table. One of those things that once you see it, you can’t unsee it. Overall it was a brilliant spot and I will be visiting much more regularly now. Highly recommended.”

“Great furniture store and cafe. We had to return some furniture as we ordered the wrong item our mistake. The return process was easy you just enter a code then go to a till 40 seconds and it was all done. We then headed upstairs to try the cafe, it was breakfast time so that's what we had I tried the £2.99 vegetarian breakfast it was delicious the coffee tasted good also. For the price and quality it without a doubt its a great breakfast stop. Someone on the reviews said on their visit the cafe was dirty, on my visit I found the cafe area spotless and fresh throughout. My appreciation to the cleaning staff thanks. After that we headed through the store again I really enjoyed it I found no faults whatsoever. Disabled access is brilliant throughout. My only concern was all the staff we encountered were very unhappy and non engaging without any exceptions such a shame, perhaps its not a good place to work maybe.”

“Had a really lovely experience at Wagamama over the weekend. I was having a rare child-free day and was on FaceTime with my mother who lives abroad, and my server, Fatima, was just wonderful. She helped me choose the pork belly ramen - something I’d never tried before - and it was absolutely the right choice: comforting, flavourful, and perfect for the cold weather. Fatima was genuinely warm and personable, and even took a moment to be sweet and engaging with my mom on FaceTime. It was such a small gesture, but it made the whole experience feel really human and memorable. Service like that is exactly why I keep coming back to Wagamama. Fatima is a real credit to the team, and her warmth made the whole visit feel extra special.”

“We are visiting Croydon and visited Thai Express at Boxpark as we love Thai food. The pad-Thai was delicious. As it is express they have a clever straightforward menu. Waiting time for cooking fresh was around 8 minutes which was a good time whilst we walked around Boxpark. The atmosphere was unique at Boxpark. Better go and visit to experience it.”

“I came looking for a particular sized shirt as I had just got measured by a tailor in a suit shop and upon just the sight of me when I walked into the shop, they were able to tell me the size of shirt I should be wearing without having to measure me. When I tried the shirt they gave me, I promptly bought one in that size rather than the recommended one by the tailor at the other shop.”

“I went with my cousin on a last minute date night, we had assorted Pepper soup and spicy Pomo for starters and Abula for main, I must say it was absolutely delicious!! The meat was succulent and the vibe was immaculate, staff were friendly and helpful. If you’re in Croydon and want Nigerian meal will definitely recommend. “I can’t say much on the atmosphere as we’ve only ordered takeaway. Food and service is always good. The delivery does take time to come BUT it’s always hot and super delicious when it does so no complaints, just worth being aware that it can take time but it’s totally worth it. Their food is impressive, I really enjoy it and so does my partner too. We love their samosa pops and I’m obsessed with their Mumbai Garlic curry - such a good amount of flavour and heat. “LOVE IT best pizza takeaway near me i don't always have pizza but when i do I NEVER go elsewhere! i swear by this place - the one near me is so great i've even tried some further out. i am eating a margarita as we speak its so good. its warm its fresh its yum - its not too chewy or dry. it comes with my FAV FREE dip, its flavourful, the cheese tastes so nice. i always get the make your own as its worth the value (i add on SO many toppings) or i get margarita. i don't eat at other pizza places they're too greasy and this one isn't! love it id eat a pizza from here all day if i had to and i would even collab with them LMAO thats how much i love fireaway. ask my friends i always feed them these pizzas at parties and they have vegan and halal options for my besties :) nice seating area, lovely staff - i met the chef :) very sweet they even gave me FREE pizza once thank you ”
