“I have been very impressed with the pharmacy. I’ve never left a review before - but felt I had to to commend Boots. I had been trying to get a prescription filled for asthma drugs as a newly diagnosed adult asthmatic. I had called into several pharmacies on my journey - so it was random that I called on this one. Firstly they had the drugs that 3 previous pharmacies hadn’t. That may be luck of course . The really impressive thing follows from the fact that the inhaled steroids take weeks to work and what happened next - I was called a Week after having been there, by a Boots pharmacist to see how I was getting on with the medication. We had an in depth discussion for 10+ minutes. 2 weeks on - they phoned me again with another follow up and again a knowledgable in depth conversation with a pharmacist. This is more engagement than I’d had from my GP- and is apparently a Boots initiative, which I’ve found immensely helpful. I’m going back with my next prescription - This level of conscious, helpful, engaged, highly skilled customer service needs to be rewarded. Well done Boots.”

“I’ve been using the gym and pool facilities at The Pavilion for a while now, and I have to say — it’s an absolute gem, especially for the price. The gym is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with everything from free weights to resistance machines and cardio equipment. The showers and changing facilities are always spotless, making post-workout refreshment super convenient. Special shout-out to the gym staff who are always friendly, supportive, and approachable. Whether you’re a regular or just getting started, they make you feel welcome and help you get the most out of your fitness journey. The pool is another huge highlight. Clean, well-maintained, and rarely overcrowded — it’s honestly a steal at this price point. Whether you’re doing laps or just looking to unwind, the atmosphere is always calm and enjoyable. Unfortunately, the experience at the bowling alley doesn’t match the standard of the rest of the facility. Booking a lane feels like you need to be a mind-reader or a magician, and the staff there could really use some basic training in customer service. We were rushed during our game — to the point where we weren’t even able to complete our turns properly, which was disappointing. If the bowling alley team could take a note from the gym and pool staff, The Pavilion would truly be a five-star facility across the board.”

“Was an inpatient at the priory for 4 weeks. My experience was extremely positive. All staff are very friendly, caring and just want to help. The hospital is clean the rooms are comfy. The Therapists are all incredibly experienced and just approach you with such understanding. Really can not understate how much going to the Priory saved and changed my life. I continue to go once a week for an hourly therapy which again is well structured and thought out. Really amazing people and service.”
