“I have been practicing yoga for over 50 years and this is by far the best Yoga centre I have found . I am so lucky to have it so close in South London. All the teachers are very respectful of the Iyengar principles and are great examples themselves of practicing yoga, in terms of flexibility and strength. The studio itself is quite a large space and very well equipped with props and wall supports including remiveable ropes etc.”

“I used to do muai thai kickboxing many years ago. Following a injury to my hip I had to stop. I never thought I'd be able to engage in this sport I love so much. Well, until I started training with Jimmy about 5 months ago. His understanding of the body, injury prevention and rehabilitation, really helped. She helped explain and normalise my symptoms and she also addressed the topic in a really holistic way by talking about lifestyle, stress, time of life etc. She talked about other women’s experiences and the different ways women can choose to manage symptoms, which was incredibly informative and helped set me at ease.
