“This is an excellent Pilates studio. Not only do they have a variety of classes and multiple times to suit, but they have excellently qualified teachers who really know what they are doing and can offered tailored advice. And the small class sizes mean that they can provide proper support. I have returned to Pilates having had a hysterectomy earlier in the year, and the advice, care and support I have received has been excellent. I highly recommend this studio.”

“I had a trapped nerve in the neck which affected the whole of my right side. The pain was 8 out of 10. At one point 111 thought I was having a heart attack and sent me straight to a&e - fortunately enough the heart is in a good condition. But due to the junior docs strike I was just palmed off with a pulled muscle. I couldn’t even get an appt with my GP or out of hours service. So tried a chiropractor, who took X-rays and gave me the feed back that I needed a 12 week program to get the nerve treated. I took one treatment to start with and they left me in more pain than ever before. I ended up having to take 17 pain killers a day just to get thru the day until someone recommended Andrew. I was with Andrew for 1 hour, in that one hour he managed to straighten me up, I trapped the nerve, advised me on exercises that I could do whilst working that wouldn’t look out of place. Advised that the one treatment he done should be enough but if ‘I wanted’ to then I could book a second one. Andrew listened to my needs, dealt with the problem, gave fantastic advice and most of all - he was honest! His practice was warm, clean and inviting and he’s so friendly. I now see why Upminster First Rugby team use him - he has magic in his hands n. Thank you Andrew for fixing me too!”

“Excellent surgery. Caring and efficient and took the marvellous initiative to move into the brand new Health& Wellness Hub in the old airfield area near Hornchurch Country Park. All sorts of new diagnostic gizmo there and attractive new building. They are overworked as typical of our NHS but they still manage a good service and reasonably timed appointments. Always been good to me.”

“Lily, a 2.5 year old greyhound was admitted to Wylies a few weeks ago. She was extremely poorly and had pneumonia. She was in critical care for 3 nights. The care she received was first class. It is honestly down to the hard work of the vet team that she is here today with me. I was so impressed with the care she received, I have moved my other 3 greyhounds to Wylies. A huge thank you to Anna, Gemma and Lewis who was amazing with Lily. Also, thank you to the reception team who were always so kind to me every single time I visited and was upset. You are all fabulous and I will be forever grateful to you for saving Lily and also for the kindness you showed me xx”

“I have just changed my dog’s vets to ivy lodge. Amazing staff. My dog is extremely nervous and often fear aggressive. They took time in getting to know her and made her so comfortable to the point she was even wagging her tail. We have had numerous issues with her and her first visit feels like we got further than any other place we have been too! Couldn’t find a fault at all”

Kerry acted very professionally and stayed calm in what I could see was a very stressful situation. The man said her job was unskilled and that he payed her taxes. Well done to Kerry for staying calm you are a credit to The Cranham Dental Centre.”

“The doctor was very helpful and reassuring as was booking some last minute travel vaccinations. The location is a bit tricky to find so would recommend calling beforehand to confirm details, as it is newly set up the IT system may not show the booking! Everything ran smoothly after confirming over the phone”

“This wonderful lady (Jemma) is a master of her craft, I was cured in a matter of weeks, I suffered for over 20 years with severe claustrophobia to the point of having daily panic attacks just at the thought of going on holiday and being locked in a plane for any length of time, it had literally taken over my life. I often found them well stocked and if out they compensated by sourcing in a timely manner .always delivered when promised. The pharmacy is well stocked and prices are excellent on all other ancillaries. I forgot to mention the support crew ! Oh well they are perfectly helpful and ever so welcoming. Update on this review.
