Last time I collected here they told me that this branch was closing and I would have to get me next batch of medicine from the one in Chimes which is always super busy! “The help I received from my therapist (Munn Yan) worked well for me. I reached out during a phase of depression which had been lingering for months. My wait time was fairly brief. We talked about rumination and the negative self talk. We identified a few of my habits that were generating negative emotion. My therapist has been open in discussing my past and showed compassion towards me. I felt that my therapist sincerely wanted to help and my mood improved over the months. It was comforting to be able to talk to someone during my crisis.”
