“Visiting the pharmacy has always been a easy and pleasant experience. Not being used to how the chemist process works, I've always been looked after and walk out with my correct prescription. Not only that, they offer a service to remind me to order my repeats and let me know when they are ready. I today visited the fragrance section and despite there being only a few staff on the floor (it was close to closing) a lovely helping assistant came over and served me. It was nice to be served by a friendly member of staff who genuinely was pleasant. Not something you see nowadays. Overall to this day, I have always had a great experience in Boots. Thank you for looking after me”

“Talking to Niaomi throughout my pregnancy about my worries was a real blessing. She helped me evaluate certain things and break down the large anxieties I had about different parts, my son was a rainbow baby conceived after 3 miscarriages and was diagnosed with Talipes at 20weeks pregnant meaning my pregnancy wasn’t straight forward, I also have had cervical cancer so was being monitored by lots of different departments which was daunting on more occasions than I can explain. Being able to speak to someone on a neutral playing field not a family member or a friend meant a real greater understanding of how I was actually feeling. I cannot recommend her and her services enough. She truely helped me stay calm and learn new things about myself which are life changing. A wonderful experience. “Giving 5 stars due to the professionalism of the staff - would like to especially mention Julie and Zain who have been exceptional in supporting at the front-desk and in the gym respectively. Give em a raise (no they didn't bribe me ;) ). Management needs to look into the issue of overcrowding in the gym due to unchecked new signups recently. I have had to avoid going in on certain days of the week due to the same which has affected my otherwise good workout regime. Many other regulars have echoed the same concern. Also, the swimming pool cleaning quality has gone down too recently - needs to be immediately sorted out. Thanks.”

“Have been attending Aqua Aerobics with the lovely Linda and it's always fun and a great workout. Linda's a fantastic instructor and knows the names of all the people who attend her classes and all new people to the classes are made to feel really welcome . Would highly recommend Linda's classes. The lovely staff on reception are always friendly and helpful and helped me sort out an issue with my monthly pass.”

“Just Dance was the perfect activity to kick off a hen party weekend for a Beyoncé-obsessed bride. Fi was absolutely lovely, and managed to make even the most nervous and un-coordinated of us relax and enjoy ourselves, with lots of encouragement along the way. The game was hilarious, and we were all so proud of mastering the dance routine at the end - some of us have even resolved to go join dance classes after this! It brought together a group of people who hadn't all even met each other before, in the best way, and meant we bonded and were in the ideal hen-party mood! I'm so glad we chose Just Dance, and so grateful to Fi for creating what was one of the highlights of the weekend. Highly, highly recommend!”

“We had forgotten our meds at home in California, and a local friend in the UK suggested making an appt. here to get new prescriptions. Saved our trip! It was very easy to book online, and the Dr was efficient and pleasant, as was reception. No problem getting the scripts filled at a local Boots either. The location was very difficult to find as it has a very small door sign, and Google maps was useless. Just give yourself time to spare to find it!”

“yeah, it's more expensive than the stores outside the airport but at least they don't take the p155 quite to the same degree as WHSmith do in their airport stores. A bottle of diet coke in this boots will cost you £2.50 Vs £4.99 at WHSmith. the store has most of what you might need and food wise they have meal deals available too.”
