“I have been using vets 4 pets for 15 years now, staff have always been friendly, professional and helpful. Both of my dogs enjoy their visits, today's visit went exceptionally well as Oscar responded well to the vet ( I can't remember her name) and was very relaxed during the consultation. For safety reasons I have to bring a muzzle with me in case he becomes scared or is in pain but today he remained calm throughout , he really liked the vet , she was excellent with him and I will definitely be asking if Oscar is able to see her for future appointments.”

“I recently had a back procedure at Cromwell Hospital and was very nervous beforehand. Lauren and Daniella from the Physiotherapy Department were incredibly kind, patient and reassuring, and Nurse Kim-Lee was also amazing throughout my stay. They all took the time to explain things clearly, checked on me regularly and made sure I felt calm and comfortable. I’d also like to mention how helpful and friendly every member of staff was — including the porter, nurses and admin staff— which made the whole experience much easier. “I was sent unexpectedly to phlebotomy today and so rather than risk the queue at CUH I decided to go to Purley Hospital. I am so glad I did. I saw Wendy, the phlebotomist who was astonishingly fantastic. For only the second time in my life I could honestly say I didn't feel the needle going in. She was so well organised that it took mere moments for the three or four files of blood to be taken. People always struggle getting blood from me, A&E on Sunday were horrendous but Wendy was amazing. She could certainly teach them a thing or two. Please don't ever leave Wendy.”

“Booked yesterday for an ultrasound guided cortisone injection. Clinic was clean, easy to find and the staff were friendly. Initial consultation took around 15 minutes and I was then provided with a report of findings and recommended treatment plan. After 24 hours the pain in my back has subsided at least two thirds and I am able to stand for more than 5 minutes, which was almost impossible one day ago. Dr Riaz explained that it would be likely to have a further session or follow up physiotherapy in about a week so I have booked in for next Thursday for a follow up appointment to check my progress. Overall extremely impressed and happy with the treatment and care.”
