After a health issue I was losing confidence, but enjoyed the class and regained confidence in myself and what I can do to improve my health and lifestyle. βTidy, always quiet and so discreetly branded on the outside that I suspect most nearby residents donβt even realise this supermarket is here (the nearby Sainsburys and Tesco get plenty of foot traffic). It would help if it wasnβt within a mini industrial estate, but perhaps Co-op are just ahead of the game as the factories are slowly all turned into brand new apartment towers. If you live local this store is well worth adding to your radar!β

βReally great gym. Spa and pool facilities are superb. Gym itself is not as big but has quite a lot of equipment. Love the group classes the most, really great mixture and timings. βHad a great experience at High Street Practice! I do not understand the negative reviews since I had a flawless experience with all the receptionists on two separate days, and the GP who saw me and the one who took my bloods were extremely sweet. The GP accepted my request for the necessary blood tests and I got an appointment for the bloods fairly quick. That too out of hours appointment available. As a doctor, I highly appreciate the work GPs do, and the practice, since they have lot on their plate and I think they do a wonderful job here. Thank you!β

βGreat big thank you the team at the centre, in particular the manager (whos name I've forgotten, sorry). We requested at very short notice to hire the fitness studio for a last minute rehearsal. The manager was very nice to deal with, and went the extra mile to accomodate our requests. βIβve been doing group swimming lessons at Kings Hall Leisure Centre for a while now, and I just realised Iβve never left a review even though Iβm really happy with the service and staff! The pool might be a bit old and dated, but itβs always pretty clean, and everyone there is super friendly. My swimming teacher, Ileana, is honestly the best! I actually go there just because I enjoy her lessons so much. She makes every class fun and always mixes things up with diving, jumping, and different swimming styles to keep us excited. Thanks so much for giving me confidence in the water and for making learning to swim such a fun experience!β

βIβve had a wonderful experience at Southbury Leisure Centreβs Better Me Gym. The facilities are top-notch and the environment is always welcoming. A big shoutout to Elena and Ahmet. Elena was incredibly helpful, offering great assistance and explaining all the gym facilities. Ahmet, the cleaner, was extremely professional. He took his time and didnβt rush, allowing me to use the shower at my own pace. I noticed he was doing a deep clean without cutting corners, which really shows his dedication to his work. Highly recommend this gym for its excellent service and supportive staff.β

βI am currently a part of JPP, itβs a fantastic programme. I am so grateful for the expertise of the rehabilitation specialist Mia Greyson, who seems to be the answer to my prayers. She is so very insightful to many of the physical issues that many of the members in the group face on a day to day basis. She pushes us to a safe level and always makes sure we do not do too much, so that we do not injure ourselves. She is friendly but totally professional in the way she works, which makes you know that you can trust what she is doing and that it will benefit you in the long term. I have been to many pain management programmes in hospitals and also through the GP and this one in Nuffield health in Norbury, is the best that Iβve ever attended. Definitely a 5βοΈ rating!!β

βVisited a few weeks ago, shelves were empty, staff not happy, no manager for a while. Went in today and they look like they have a new manager who is really trying to turn the store around. More products on the shelves, happier staff. Only complaint is it's quite dark in there, brighter lights will really help to make the store more welcomingβ

βInteresting polarisation of past reviews but I have to take as I find. I was only looking for advice and was upfront about the reason when I popped by. The shop manager was extremely helpful and spent a good 20-25 minutes taking me through all the complications of raw dog food. As a new owner I had some pretty dumb questions but I didnt get the sense at anytime that I had outstayed my welcome. The Owner clearly had a depth of experience (with dogs at least) and was happy to guide me. I would be surprised if you get that level of service in Pets at Home etc but it is a relatively small shop, heavily stocked so if room to push your shopping trolley is a priority, its possibly not the shop for you?β

βI just wanted to update my review as I had a great experience the other day. The lady in there is so amazing. She could see how stressed I was and she offered to ring my doctor for me to sort my issues out and the next day the gentleman working in there called me with an update. They went above and beyond to help me. Staff are always very friendly in here. I usually call first to make sure that my prescription is ready. It is a very popular and busy pharmacy so I would suggest arriving in good time before closing so that you get served. I was once in line when a customer had been told by their doctor that if they popped in they would be given their prescription on the day. Unfortunately for the customer this was not possible as it was right before closing time so I would suggest always calling them before hand even if your GP has said to just pop in.β
