“I called the vet on Saturday late afternoon and was offered an appointment just an hour later at 6pm. With our cat, Rupert, clearly down in the dumps, diagnosis was difficult without any specific symptoms. Very sympathetic handling (without a sedative) enabled a physical examination and the taking of a blood test but there was nothing abnormal showing but by then I had remembered that he had destroyed an old toy full pf catnip about five days previously. An X-ray was then taken and signs of the toy contents were found, Medicines were injected appropriately. On return home, Rupert seems like he is back to normal already. Eating, walking around, clearly happy again. Extraordinary. Thank you to the whole team for the care and the competence shown and for the cup of tea you gave me as well.”

“This is an incredible nursery. The staff is caring and extremely understanding. They are flexible. The children are well cared for, they eat very well. The nursery nurses are very professional and on top of the children development with daily reports and advices. My son loves it there and never cried one single time when dropped off in the morning. He is healthy. I could not recommend Bright Futures nursery enough!”

“Our dog stayed here for the first time this summer having never stayed in a kennels before she went in a little nervous but on picking her up you could see she was very comfortable with the staff and her surroundings. The staff were great they all knew her characteristics and behaviours and described her to a tee. They are all very caring and I can tell she's had plenty of regular exercise whilst away and has been very well cared for. Wouldn't hesitate rebooking her here again. “My son is 22 months old and he hasn’t settled well in a few nursery’s I’ve taken him in the past few months. He has settled in Over the rainbow so well that I’m in shock and not only that but just in a few days he’s seems to have better interaction with us and wants to play at home more and is very joyful. I’m so glad I found this nursery. The staff is what makes this nursery .. it’s not a fantastic location but the activity’s and the staff are unbelievable and just so easy going, informative, gentle and reassuring. I’m very thankful and can’t wait to see my son blossom as I know he’s in the best care. Honestly this nursery is brilliant. Servete is my sons key worker and she’s so lovely. But every staff member there is just fantastic.”

“I have just changed my dog’s vets to ivy lodge. Amazing staff. My dog is extremely nervous and often fear aggressive. They took time in getting to know her and made her so comfortable to the point she was even wagging her tail. We have had numerous issues with her and her first visit feels like we got further than any other place we have been too! Couldn’t find a fault at all”

That said, the facilities once you enter the building are very good, catering for all preschool children needs, with adequate staff onsite vs. Number of children ratio. Small secure outside play area on dry days. Pushchair undercover parking area and limited parking for parents that can get congested at times. Overall I well equipped nursery and attentive staff.”
