“What a wonderful place to go to if you require an assistance friendly staff is there to help. I go there a lot for my dad’s regular prescriptions and I also buy vitamins from time to time or healthy food. Generally good atmosphere, great choice , helpful staff ready to advise in friendly manner. I’d like to highlight lovely staff Tulshi, who assisted us with blood pressure 24/7 monitor and results . Also Nila is a great person to ask for an advice. But all staff is friendly. Highly recommended. My favorite pharmacy in Lewisham and London”

“Des extracted a whole cotton bud tip from way inside my ear this morning, what a relief after 4 days of hardly being able to hear in my left ear. I called up yesterday to book an appointment and Des was very accommodating to fit me in today. The procedure was completely pain free despite the cotton bud being stuck way down inside my ear. Des is very friendly and polite and the consulting room is very clean too. The counter staff were excellent too. I would fully recommend Falconwood Pharmacy.”

The lead pharmacist (who I believe might also be the owner) went above and beyond to secure yellow fever vaccines for me and my partner ahead of our trip — during a national shortage, no less. She personally managed to source two vaccines from another pharmacy, had them driven over so we could get vaccinated in time, and made the whole process completely stress-free. She also gave my partner some really helpful travel vaccine advice and genuinely cared about making sure we were protected and comfortable. I’ve honestly never experienced customer service like it.
