Very easy to find, clean, spacious and quiet reception area, miles from any beige-looking, busy NHS surgery/clinic. I used it quite a few times in the past 5 years to have tests done and I was seen straight away, no sassy receptionist to tell me off when I was late and very reasonably priced if you want to take charge of your own health. They also accept Clearpay if you want to spread the cost of your tests. Staff was polite and not overly intense like in other places. Results come back on time and sometimes even before the stated date. Without being a regular customer, I was offered a 10% discount code forever on all tests, last time I used this clinic. Highly recommended.”

He examined my case thoroughly and he very quickly arranged to see me at the Wimbledon clinic and have an MRI on the same day. All personnel were super helpful and kind. I had my results in 20 minutes and we had the appointment where he clearly suggested me the best options available for my case. Leaving I asked the reception to give me the MRI scan files and because they were not cd copied yet they offered to mail them in my post free of charge on the next day . Excellent blood draw and remarkable people skills. Explained the processes clearly so nothing was a surprise. I cannot possibly be more satisfied with my experience today. It's a shame he's not my actual GP! The Receptionist was polite and very helpful. I also had a good experience with the Nurse regarding my history and vaccine options. She was very to the point and did not use any jargon. Thanks so much to the entire team here! To anyone who is as worried or nervous as I was, it's not nearly as stressful as it seems.”

“It is common knowledge that NHS is on its knees and that an average waiting time for an appointment is couple of weeks. That's why I ended up trying to deal with an insect bite turning nasty at home and kept dismissing family suggestions to get medical attention. Finally on a late afternoon on 28/08/25 I called surgery thinking this was going to be a waste of time. Well, it was amazing experience. Lovely and attentive lady receptionist listened and acted with due care. She directed me to another surgery, booked my appointment, send me location. I was seen by a doctor one hour later, got my prescription, was told where to go to get meds at that late hour. Everyone - reception team at Park Way surgery, reception team at Farley Road surgery, doctor at Farley Road surgery - were amazing. And that's not a word I use often in same sentence as "NHS", sadly. I called next day to thank the reception team. I understand the constraints but I can't help to be impressed by my experience.”

I put in a prescription request, something that usually takes up to three working days elsewhere, and they had it sorted in under an hour. All I said was that I was travelling and needed it within the next couple of days. The receptionist was incredible, even towards her the end of her morning shift, she made sure she passes my request in person to the duty doctor. Dr. Dalia Jacob was absolutely brilliant, getting the prescription ready in no time while seeing other patients and sending me a text message to confirm it's ready. They worked together to get it done quickly and even gave me a call to let me know it was ready. Huge thanks to the whole team for being so kind, understanding, and just genuinely caring. You really made my day!”
