“The centre is very clean and professional and in a good location. Originally, I did have a few issues with the reception team when it came to never getting a call back or responding back to my emails, but eventually this was resolved. As for my treatment, Mr Rohit Singh Dhillon was excellent! Very informative and friendly, you knew that he knew exactly what he was talking about, and after a half an hour session with him, my back felt very relieved and i felt a lot more flexible. Rohit is a gem and ill definitely be coming back to visit him again in the future!”

“I have been using the Weight loss clinic since Feb , I did feel that I could get it slightly cheaper online , however little nervous to begin and wanted to speak to someone face to face . Despite me still being able to get it cheaper , I remained with Day Lesis , mainly because the access to a professional who understands and knows what they’re talking about . I found out exactly how my injection works , why I had the side effects I did and how to combat them , it put so many of my anxieties to rest and everytime I went in, the lady who did my appointment always made the time to speak to me . I hit a plataue and quite honestly , didn’t think much would work, but the lady in my appointment knew exactly what to do and it just made me feel so supported ! I’ve lost 2/3rds of what I aimed for and I don’t think I would have been able to stick to it for this long if it wasn’t for the type of service I received . Thanks again.”

I contacted them to see if they could help with a wound infection when my GP couldn't see me and Mr Faisal Khan immediately put himself out to contact me directly, offer me advice and give me a prescription which helped significantly. He even took time out of his day off to phone me checking how things were a few days later. Unfortunately I had contracted a serious secondary infection but it was universally acknowledged by my medical team that without the direct intervention and speedy action taken by Mr Khan that things would have been significantly worse. I will be forever grateful to Mr Khan and the Buckhurst Way Clinic for their time and help when it was really needed.”
