“We had such a lovely experience. My mum has rheumatoid arthritis and needs shoes with extra padding and arch support. We were looked after by a lovely lady called Deborah. She made us feel really welcome and had a thorough consultation asking my mum exactly what she wanted in a shoe. Any time a shoe wasn't quite right she knew what to do to solve issues. My mum left with a pair of sandals, shoes and boots! Not only is she finding walking easier she has shoes that make her feel good. Thank you for your care, energy and sense of humour Deborah! “Really great service at this running shop! The two guys working there helped me out with a gait analysis and measured my feet to figure out the best shoes for my overpronation. They were super helpful and explained everything clearly. I ended up getting a pair of Saucony running shoes, and I’m loving them so far-they feel really comfortable and supportive. “My (very large) rescue dog had his first groom here today and I will definitely be bringing him again! Enquiring and booking was very easy- communication was great. The lady I spoke to asked lots of questions about my dog and what I wanted from his groom. My main worries were knowing that my dog doesn’t enjoy being bathed/brushed, and his size. The team were able to successfully complete his groom and he seemed comfortable enough. He looks so lovely and tidy. It really has made such a difference! I booked as someone I knew recommended Spoilt Rotten and now I will also be recommending to anyone in need of a groomers :)”

“I needed a lot of things for a new dog, so I did a quick search of "pet shops near me" and Waggles came up (Chatterton Road and West Wickham High Street). CR was closest, plenty of parking outside (pay by app or phone). Inside the shop was all sorts of things for cats, dogs and other animals. I bought a ball, biscuits, harness, lead, treats and even some doggie ice cream. The shop assistant was very helpful. If youv'e got a pet, you will definitely find most things that you need here.”

“As a returning customer, I recently brought my Teddy in for a full groom and teeth cleaning session. I must say, the results were excellent! This was the second time using their teeth cleaning service, and it was superb once again. Teddy had a little stain before, but now his teeth are completely stain-free. I also loved how they enhanced and made his ears more pronounced with the cut. Overall, it was a 5/5 service that was definitely worth the money. Highly recommended!”
