“I've been purchasing Clarks shoes since I lived in California because of it's stylish yet affordable leather goods. Upon seeing this Clarks boutique beside the Westminster Cathedral, my wife and I didn't hesitate to enter. What we truly appreciate in this particular Clarks branch weren't the rows and rows of shoes (real eye candies!) neatly lined and displayed but the superb customer service that they have shown and delivered to everyone who went in. Special mention to Victor for giving us a truly excellent customer service and for being knowledgeable in all the products. He just went above and beyond not just for me but also for the mother and son who came to buy a pair of school shoes. Excellent work that truly deserves praise! I highly recommend this branch, not only for its extensive shoe lineup but for the wonderful service that the entire team gives to their customers. Will definitely come back for my next pair of shoes!”

The saleswoman Endy (hope I’m spelling this right) is a real asset to your team and was so helpful, knowledgable and reassuring. “By far my favourite M&S store! Easy to shop, the food hall is always well stocked and staff are available for assistance if needed. Friendly and helpful.
