“I always have a relaxing time at Villiers. This is a cozy and laidback café, with a lot of different treats on offer that cater to a variety of diets. There are vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options. I was very appreciative that I could choose between a few flourless snacks. I’ve had the flapjack, the cheesecake, and the salted caramel brownie, all of which I enjoyed. Shoutout to the barista Anna, who always ensures that the gluten free goodies I get are handled safely so I can enjoy them without getting a reaction! The coffee is very good, and I can't complain when there's nice latte art. I don’t love that the latte is served in a glass instead of a mug, but that's more of a preference than a comment on the quality. It tastes great regardless! In short: very nice and recommend!”

No food for me but it looks like there were more than few options. Plenty of seating inside and outside. If you’ve no one to chat with then there’s all that vinyl to browse instead!”

“I went to this coffee shop few days ago, and ordered a cappuccino which was damn amazing. The latte art in that coffee was so good that I even took a picture of it. There was this guy named Parin who was a very good guy exceeding excellent hospitality to his customers. I recommend anyone and everyone to visit this coffee shop if you’re craving for fantastic coffee drinks.”

“Brilliant service by Robert who came to my house and spent an hour running diagnostic tests on my car. Found the problems and talked me through the options for fixing them. Couldn’t believe how little he was charging for all the time he spent. Obviously an expert in his field, completely honest and trustworthy, and an all-round good bloke. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.”

“Been coming here for couple of years now, probably once a month sometimes twice a month. I was using them for around 6 months and then I brought my son to them who had never had a hair cut (3 years old) and they done a fantastic job. I’ve used a few different places around Watford but the service is top quality here, hence why I go back. The shop itself could do with a makeover in my honest opinion and I’m sure at some point it will but “you should never judge a book by it’s cover” sometimes the best places look like the worst from the outside but i fact this place is a diamond in the rough. Reasonably priced considering the ever increasing cost of haircuts - I think the end result and the service in general is worth it.”

“Had a paneer tikka Kathi roll, fries and a can of Limca for £8.90. Food was served within minutes, piping hot. Fries were really crispy and the portion was a good size for one. The paneer tikka roll was filling and tasted very delicious. Not too spicy. The kathi roll was a flaky paratha that crumbed a bit but tasted really buttery and crispy. Staff were friendly and helpful. We dined in and the lady at the counter brought our food to us. They clear and clean all tables as customers leave. They have veg and non veg options. Would eat here again.”

“Great Cafe. When I'm in the area I always pop into this cafe for food! The food is SO tasty! And they have yet to get any order or request wrong! Which I'm really surprised about as my partner can make finicky requests. The people there are so friendly and helpful. Service is fast and portions are large. Great place to go eat! Enjoy!”

If there is a free table by the window, you can seat and watch the shops Atria. There is free Wi-Fi for customers to use. The place is very pleasant to sit.”

“I had a very good stop at this Costa in the Harlequin. The café is clean, bright, and nicely laid out, with enough seating to actually sit down and relax, even when it’s a bit busy. The staff were friendly and efficient. My order was taken quickly and prepared just the way I asked. Service felt smooth and well organised, which is exactly what I want from a coffee stop in a shopping centre. The coffee was hot, consistent, and enjoyable, and there’s a good range of snacks and cakes to choose from if you want something extra. This place has a selection of hot and cold drinks to choose from There is a wide variety of cakes and hot and cold sandwiches to choose from. As there is a lot of seating available I never have any difficulty getting a table to sit at. Price wise I would say it is in line with eating at most coffee shops”

They were both very hardworking and delivered our drinks and food with a smile. We had a few requests and they attended to our every need. They made the coffees to perfection. “Have been coming to cafe hero for some time now and always get the best coffee be it white American (hot milk) , flat white white or mocha served by the lovely Elena and her new members of team Callista who recently has been taking my order and has met all expectations. They are very welcoming, customer friendly and hospitable but above all they serve the best coffee which will not disappoint. Look forward in seeing you both again next week….
