“Perfect Little Supermarket in London Heathrow Terminal 3 This is a great little supermarket tucked in LHR terminal 3. It has everything from fresh fruit to packaged sandwiches to milk to ready made dinners. Fantastic place to pick up all you could want after a flight. The only thing it doesn't have is raw meats, and who really needs those after a long haul flight. Always spotlessly clean with friendly helpful staff. Would totally recommend.”

“Fantastic grilled food. The price is reasonable but they should increase the quantity. Went with 3 of my friends who love to eat out and they all enjoyed the taste of the food, my friends run a restaurant and getting a good comment from them says it all. Staff don’t speak good English but good enough to treat the customers with respect. We ordered chicken shish and lamb shish with extra chips. They got some place to eat in and it’s enough for people who like to have a quick fast food. Many items to choose from menu but highly recommended their grill foods. Lots of competition nearby but they stand out with the quality of food and friendly staff.”

“It’s a good cafe to burn the time whilst waiting for your flight.Their strawberry & vanilla iced matcha latte was to die for, I’m hoping that it’s a regular drink there and not just a promotional drink because I can’t imagine not having it whenever I’m at Caffè Nero now, how to be my favourite drink so far.And also make sure you have the Caffè Nero’s Loyalty card as well to get some good deals on your purchase.”

“The store is not too big, located in Terminal 5 (landside area) Alot of fresh & ready-to-eat food. Also some cookies and snacks with a nice packaging that you can buy for a gift when you travel back to your country. VISA, mastercards are accepted.”

“I was introduced to Pavilion by one of my friends. There was serious hype, so I had high, high expectations. I went for the lamb chops and spicy wings (they were the recommended choices). The spicy wings were incredible - super soft and succulent, packed with flavour and a hint of lemon. The garlic mayo sauce complimented them superbly. I could easily devour 21 in one sitting. As for the lamb chops - they were sumptuous. The seasoning was great and it was cooked very well - the meat was juicy and it was easy to chew. It came with a salad and some fries, which was very tasty. I’ve been to this spot over 5 times now, so it’s fair to say there’s good consistency here. I’ve eaten in at every occasion, so that’s my recommendation for freshly cooked food. The staff are super nice and thoughtful. The seating is quite compact and dark, which does dim the experience. The tables could also be a little cleaner. The prices and portions are decent, considering the area. If you’re around west London, especially Heathrow or Cranford or Hounslow ends, you absolutely have to go here for grilled chops and wings. I’ll certainly be returning. 9/10.”

“They bother answering the phone. Asked security man who was near the self-checkouts if I could pay by cash he informed me that I could. Special offer price that appears online and says "Nectar price" don't apply in the small/local store even if you have Nectar card, the item will still be on special offer but a little bit more expensive than the price you'd pay at the big store/supermarket. On a cake I paid 25p more”

“Incredibly good fresh food, exactly what you want to see pre-flight. So many healthy options to choose from, highly recommend. Also, want to mention a staff member who served us and heard about our flight change that left us unprepared for this weather including a horrible experience with a hotel Sofitel staff member, gave us free food to try and accommodate the poor experience. Bravo to him, I wish I had his name because that guy deserves a raise. Not only great food but also great staff! Will definitely look for more of these restaurants in the future.”

“I've been a regular visitor of this off licence store located in heart of Hounslow. The store has always sufficient stock of daily essentials like milk, bread, eggs, cleaning products, toiletries, etc. It is one stop shop for everything. But what really sets this place apart is the exceptional person working there. Sanjay, the friendly face behind the counter, is an absolute gem of a person. He is not just good; he is generous and incredibly knowledgeable. He is an honest gentleman who knows his stuff. He is always ready to assist with a smile, and make the shopping experience truly delightful. Keep up the fantastic work!”

“Heston North Hyde Lane Express Tesco!! I love do shopping in this store, just because of the staff members. Always happy, helpful and ready to work. I can see every day they are working very hard to fill in all the shelves, store is always clean. All the staff members who works there over year are amazing!!! Rest of the tesco members should take opportunity and learn how to treat a customer like they do in Heston North Hyde Lane Express. And I don’t talk just about my self, I see how they are helpful to another customers. Definitely they deserve big bravos, specially this time when people just don’t care about anothers.”
