“Such a professional and thorough service as ever from the specialists at the London Diagnostic Centre. I had a consultation with Dr Sonia Dudeja who specialises in menopause and perimenopause care. She helped explain and normalise my symptoms and she also addressed the topic in a really holistic way by talking about lifestyle, stress, time of life etc. She talked about other women’s experiences and the different ways women can choose to manage symptoms, which was incredibly informative and helped set me at ease. I would definitely recommend her service and feel a lot better informed and enabled as a result. Thank you Dr Sonia!”

“All the staff at the London animal hospital are wonderful and very caring. Unfortunately we had to have our kitten to put to sleep, and they went above and beyond ensuring we knew the risks of trying to treat him and what we could expect.They allowed me to take my time and say goodbye properly, and I know for a fact he was given so much love by everyone there when he had to go. The vets and the veterinary nurses I have seen are an absolute credit to this place. They checked in with us frequently afterwards, which was a lovely touch. They treated the situation with care and respect and I will always always use this veterinary practice. They have also been brilliant with our other cat, and the fact they remember both yours and your pets name when you have to visit makes you feel incredibly welcome. I love that they are open 24/7, and having made a late night trip, the level of care is always to the highest standard. Thanks again, you guys are amazing!”

“I had an MRI scan this week at LycaHealth and had a very positive experience. All staff, from reception to the radiology assistants, were friendly and helpful. My radiologist, Razel, was exceptional. She was very warm and professional, explaining every single step in detail and going above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable. “As I have been in a great deal of very intense pain, I was anxious about having the SPECT-CT Scan, and having to lie completely still for a long time on what is, basically, a board. Everybody was so kind and helpful, the experience was much easier than I have imagined. All the ladies were extremely understanding and supportive, and I do thank them very much, especially Mia, Nessa and the other nurse who helped with administering the isotope. Apologies that I do not think name of the third nurse, but all the staff were really kind and reassuring. Thank you everyone.”

“Kate has treated my son before so I knew she would be able to help my sons football team mate that sustained an injury in a match. He arrived on crutches unable to weight bare at all, after acupuncture, laser and deep tissue treatment took part in a cup final 2 days afterwards. Kate was professional and knowledgeable, a complete miracle worker. Have and would always recommend her clinic.”

“Excellent patient care. Amazing experience from the initial call to set the appointment, to the visit and consultation and anticipated treatment. Dr. Santosh told me step by step what was going on in my mouth and helped me with things that I didn't understand. Everything was explained in detail. I had a great experience at Denpure. “We had our first visit with our new puppy, Clootie, and were really impressed. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience very positive. The vet gave Clootie a thorough check-up and provided clear advice on vaccinations, flea and worming treatments. We appreciated the information on pet insurance — it’s a challenging area to navigate, so the temporary Pet Plan cover was a helpful way to give us time to research other options. The health plan offered by the practice also seems like a great way to support Clootie’s ongoing care. Overall, we’re very happy with the service and look forward to future visits. Thank you!”

“Had to give a blood sample today. I am the source of the saying "getting blood out of a stone" - never easy at the best of times. The nurse was clearly highly skilled / got what was needed in one go and I hardly felt anything. I have written this review while having a coffee afterwards just to make sure no ill effects.”

“I found the staff here friendly and polite. I came here with a appointment so I wasn't a walk in. However they treat everyone here equally and keep you updated as the earlier appointments do run over. Card payment is accepted here I wasn't sure about cash tho. Big waiting area so no issues there. Also the car park is free to use for customers only. Plenty of space and also they have disabled bays.”

“I took my dog in today to see nurse Abbie due to a lump that appeared on my dogs leg. Abbie was extremely kind, attentive and thorough. I was worried about whether the lump was benign or not and she kindly took my dog to the vet who pricked the lump and was able to confirm that it was a cyst. Everything she explained to me was clear and it really felt like she took the time help.”

“I've always taken my cat to this vets, he hates it but I love it! With him being highly anxious they're always very patient and accommodating. Rianna the head nurse is also absolutely amazing!”

It is very clean.The. lady from Reception,Marie,was very helpful and answered all my questions. And the doctor, Miguel, was very nice,explaining everything. “This is the best Goddard's I have come across, friendly and efficient. I moved from Kennington branch as they were quite rude and seemed uninterested. Here everyone is very friendly. Ashley on reception is great and works hard to find an appointment that fits with your own schedule. The dogs even get free treats ! I highly recommend this branch of Goddards.”
