My cat had his own pen, perfect given he is an indoor cat and used to being alone. The pen was super clean when I came to pick him up and he seemed content to stay there. Will definitely be using this cattery again! To take this beyond the 10/10 service offered, I would be really keen to see a discount for those with Family Friends Vets, or a reward system where the 8th visit or something is free.
