“Visited last Monday during a week-long stag celebration and wow what a hidden gem! The garlic bread is quite honestly the best we’ve ever tasted and the cocktails were superb - and I think we tried the entire menu between us! Wonderful service, stayed open for us too. “I was introduced to this Beijing restaurant by a Malaysian friend, and I was truly impressed. The food here is very authentic you can taste Malaysian flavours, Hong Kong-style dishes, and traditional Chinese flavours as well. I believe they must have chefs from different backgrounds, because they manage to deliver such a wide range of delicious and authentic dishes. The service is excellent too. The staff are polite, friendly, and very efficient. You can tell that the management is responsible and pays attention to the details, whether it’s clearing tables or serving dishes. Everything feels well organized and professional. I also really enjoyed the karaoke section. After dinner, it’s a great place to relax, sing, and have a small gathering with friends. The system works smoothly, the song selection is up to date, and overall it adds a fun and lively atmosphere to the restaurant. The restaurant is very clean and has a classy, almost five star feel compared to many places in the area. Overall, great food, great service, and a great environment. Highly recommended!”

“Sashimi quality well , tempura not too crispy ,salmon not too fat and no much fish oil on it means chef skill well,fresh enough, The hamachi set make me surprise, the hamachi maki with spring onions balance the fat of fish just the sushi rice a bit big and a bit sticky but most of the uk sushi always like that so not a big problem.”

“This is still one of the best places to go if you want a quick but delicious meal. They've recently renovated and added more indoor seating, so it can fit more people now. I'll always be a loyal customer! P.S. I'm not sure if they allow outside drinks, but I always bring coffee when I go because my partner and I don't usually drink soda when we eat out. Luckily, they didn't mind me bringing it in.”

“We had a very memorable dinner at Carlo’s Trattoria ! Despite booking a table for 22 of us at very short notice , Bonnie and Jay went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing dinner for my family gathering. The service was attentive and impeccable throughout the whole evening and the food truly delicious with very generous portions. We all had the fixed menu with a selection of starters ( the fried calamari are the best I have eaten in a very long time - even my Sicilian auntie thought they were tastier than the ones in Sicily ) followed by the prawns risotto and fresh ravioli with porcini mushroom and sage which were both heavenly! We ended the dinner with an amazing selection of desserts, all beautifully presented. I live in London but I will definitely drive back to Guildford just to eat at Carlo’s again!. “This place never fails to deliver quality at all levels. Their food is stunning and very very reasonably priced. The sharing taco platter with two drinks was £30 and was plenty enough for 2 people. The service was rapid and attentive but not overbearing. The whole place is really vibrant and well decorated. This is by far my favourite place in Guildford.”

A cosy restaurant with lovely decor and those authentic Italian vibes! Wonderful service from our server who was helpful, efficient and very friendly. The food is phenomenal. Real Italian food! We enjoyed the Margherita pizza, mushroom and cheese arancini and the chocolate cannolis! Soooo tasty. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re in Guildford looking for real genuine Italian food, with a homely feel. I am looking forward to coming back and trying some more food and the coffees.”

“We came in on 1st November for our really early Christmas Do. As always Sam and the team were friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was great and the pub was full. We used the app to order so didn’t even need to get up off the table. The food came out promptly, piping hot and was delicious, I couldn’t fault anything. This is a lovely pub with an atmosphere. All of the staff treated our stay like it was personal to them. The grounds are second to none in beauty. We recently stayed at Pennyhill Park and thought Wotton House was so much better. It's also super dog friendly, which was just awesome. We will definitely be back!”
