“We popped in today for lunch and were instantly impressed with the decor and atmosphere. The staff were welcoming and friendly, they brought over a bowl of water my dog without even being asked. I ordered the Steak Sandwich and Chips plus a cheeky Pornstar Martini. The food and drink were lovely! Will definitely be returning!”

“While working in the Chertsey area, I discovered Ohanas Café Bistro and stopped in for a quick breakfast — a decision well worth making. The café offers a welcoming atmosphere with a relaxed, friendly vibe. Service was prompt and efficient, making it an ideal choice for those short on time. I ordered the Eggs Royal and a cappuccino. Both were well-prepared: the eggs perfectly poached, the hollandaise smooth and balanced, and the coffee rich and satisfying. Ohanas Café Bistro is a great find — highly recommended for its quality, service, and atmosphere.”

“Me and my partner were passing through and visited quite late in the evening, the waitress was incredibly pleasant and talked with us while we waited for our food to take away. The food was of good quality and full of flavor. We both had beef stir-frys of different styles. Both were incredibly well made and tasted delicious, highly recommend.”

“Visited last Monday during a week-long stag celebration and wow what a hidden gem! The garlic bread is quite honestly the best we’ve ever tasted and the cocktails were superb - and I think we tried the entire menu between us! Wonderful service, stayed open for us too. We can’t thank you enough, will definitely visit again if in the area!”

“Had a lovely Christmas dinner on Christmas Day , the food was good and loads of meat, bit stingy on the veg but non the less it was good food. HUGE Yorkshire pud. The staff, as always , were amazing so welcoming and friendly , the beer cold and a good selection too. Our stay was only marred by a loud, drunk, loads of money , family who really didn’t give a hoot about anyone but themselves , not The Crowns fault but did mar the event for the other patrons there!, hence 4 stars for atmosphere . We love this venue and will be back many times.”

“@Bain Capital @Allan Leighton @Lawrence Harvey please look at this review about the Chertsey branch and the staff: From stepping into the Chertsey Pizza Express for my daughters 5th birthday on Tuesday, we we welcomed with big smiles from the very friendly staff. My family and I were amazed with a wonderful waiter (Jordie) he truly made the whole experience amazing, not only was he very patient with our change in orders , he was friendly , smiley and understood the situation with us having 4 young kids and made it extremely easy by being his great self. Usually a night out at a restaurant can be a bit of a chore, however, due to the wonderful staff at this branch/restaurant, my wife and i were actually able to relax and enjoy our very well presented meal. To top it all off, the Chocolate Sundae which my daughter still talks about really made her night. I want to say a special thanks to Jordie and the staff at Chertsey Pizza Express. Thank you all for the wonderful night , Jordie you are a true asset to the company, I hope your manager will flag this to the chairman and recognise how skilled you truly are . “After a lovely dinner, I decided to treat myself to dessert, and I’m so glad I did. I ordered the sticky toffee pudding, and it was simply divine. The sponge was moist and warm, soaked in just the right amount of toffee sauce, and topped with a scoop of creamy vanilla ice cream. Every bite was indulgent and comforting – the kind of dessert that makes you smile. It was the perfect way to finish the meal. The pub itself has such a warm and inviting vibe, with a mix of locals and visitors, which makes the whole experience even better. I left feeling full, happy, and already planning my next visit”

“We had the pleasure of eating here over 2 days (morning and evening) We were staying at Premier Inn next door due to work. Sharon and Jack could not do enough to make our experience a very pleasant one. Everything done with a smile and a chat. I had the steak and ale pie Monday evening - just WOW! Tuesday evening Katsu chicken - equally as nice. Sharon was on breakfast Tuesday morning and we were met with a smile and a lovely greeting and very nice breakfast. Jackie looked after us yesterday and was lovely and attentive too. Lovely food, brilliant staff great atmosphere.”

“Security guard went over his work remit by going out of his way to help me,excellent customer support from him. A manager I didn't take her name but she too gave me fabulous customer support. The only issue I had at the till I was told my Nectar card was blocked so I have to call Sainsbury's to fix it & add 100 points from shopping apparently I've got to do within 30 days. All this means I won't call,not convenient”
