“Visiting the pharmacy has always been a easy and pleasant experience. Not being used to how the chemist process works, I've always been looked after and walk out with my correct prescription. Not only that, they offer a service to remind me to order my repeats and let me know when they are ready. I today visited the fragrance section and despite there being only a few staff on the floor (it was close to closing) a lovely helping assistant came over and served me. It was nice to be served by a friendly member of staff who genuinely was pleasant. Not something you see nowadays. Overall to this day, I have always had a great experience in Boots. Thank you for looking after me”

“I attended Hobbs Bromley today to return an online purchase and to purchase a dress from their new collection. I was served by an Asian lady, and regrettably forgot to get her name, but she was extremely accomodating and so very helpful!! As they did not have the dress in size in store, she proceeded to go above and beyond and ring all shops I could get to to ensure I got the dress for a wedding tomorrow. I am happy Hobbs Bromley still exists as it has always been my go to place locally for great quality garments and service, without having to travel into the City on weekends!!”

“I.m used to jd sports having disinterested staff so when I visited the epsom branch I was pleasantly surprised. The young man who helped me was proactive and patient, friendly and smiley. “I always avoided this Boots as there are fer less products (cosmetics) compared to the one at Canada Square and the staff was always too relaxed and dismissive. But I have to say THANK YOU to Fiz, one of the staff members there. He has helped me in at least three separate occasions: once with a refund, another time with a product change and another time with advice ordering the product I was looking for (its was out of stock for several days in a few shops). He deserves to be praised for his hard work and I’m sure grateful for him being there.”

“Our son wears an orthotic ankle/leg brace after a spinal injury which means he has foot drop, and we approached James Taylor as we had heard that bespoke shoes could make a big difference to walking comfort. We live in New Zealand but made sure to make an appointment when we visited the UK - over five years ago now - and James Taylor measured and created lasts with unbelievable professionalism and accuracy. Their knowledge, attitude and care with such a very specific and specialist fitting was impressive but we were still apprehensive, given the cost. The process took a long time, over a year I think from start to finish (this was over Covid so that impacted) but when the boots were finally shipped to us, our son found that they were perfectly fitted and supportive enough that he no longer needed to wear his brace. This has made a huge positive difference to both his comfort and gait. He has twice since had the shoes resoled, each time with exemplary professionalism and care. Our son was working from home but is now in the office more, so the shoes are receiving more use; he has other shoes but these are just so much better, he wears them all the time. Consequently he is now contemplating buying a second pair and aims to do so in the very near future: they are expensive, but they're also an investment for life and nothing else compares. I can't really understand the negative reviews. Our experience could not have been more different: we are beyond delighted with the service and quality of the product.”
