I'm not a local, and was hunting for a jacket which she had so kindly helped with searching online and created an alert for when it's in stock whilst I tried on a few in store today. She went above and beyond, and was extreamly patient and kind. Although I didn't leave with anything this time, she wasn't pushy at all. I was dressed extremely casual, and could have walked out with atleast a few pieces. It was nice to see she had shown no judgement based on my age or apparel. I manage a luxury british Womenswear brand in Belgravia, and understand what top customer service is, this was most definitely up to my standard.
