I’ve just had ACL surgery here and was quite apprehensive before as this was my first operation, however each and everyone of the staff members from the physios to the nurses, the surgeon, anesthesiologist, reception, overnight staff etc were all amazing. The food was great, the call button service was instant, and the nurses always looked genuinely happy and willing to care for my every need. Even after leaving the care continues from extensive and tailored information on how to recover in the most optimal way. I’d highly recommend this establishment.”

I’ve stayed in a few Travelodge hotels over the last year or two and the rooms in this one are even better than most: I guess it has had a recent refurbishment: USB-A ports by the bed, and a very good shower room. Breakfast was very good, again as you would expect. So many thanks to all the invisible people who make this level of service possible – cleaning, catering et cetera. A big shout out to Supervisor Manika and to Pritam on the desk for excellent service - and in particular for recovering the small coffee flask which I inadvertently left behind in the room.”

Was very thorough and managed to get a appointment at St Peters eye section the following day. The attention given by her (didnt get her name) at the eye test was fantastic amd thorough.
