βAmazing hotel and great service. The rooms are so clean and comfortable. We booked the king guest room and the reception gave us a complimentary upgrade to the executive suite. So appreciated. The beds in these rooms are huge and so comfortable. Such a great experience. Will always be booking the Hilton Wembley for every event we attend in future.β
βAlways 10/10 nails, the staff are experts and know wheat theyβre doing. Acrylics last 4-5 weeks and are a great price. Never cheat on ur nail shopβ
βFantastic service and professionalism from sales manager Ashley. 100% reliable. I will only deal with Ashley when it comes to the purchase and delivery of building products. 5*.β
βFound this little gem a couple of weeks ago, great prices very helpful staff will definitely be visiting again,β
βDecent buffet breakfast for 11.99 for people that don't even stay: they advertise on the window. Nice staff and all you could ask in a breakfast. Cooked, fruit salad, pastries, hot drinks.β
βWe stayed here for 1 night while spending the weekend in London. The hotel is situated just a couple of minutes walk from Blackfriars station, which serves both the circle and district lines, as well as Thameslink, meaning it's easy to get anywhere in London from here. The room was very clean and spacious. You know what you're getting with a Premier Inn. Bed was comfortable and it was pitch black at night time. We heard no noises from other rooms. It was a very quiet night's sleep. TV has a really wide selection of channels and it worked, which is generally a bonus when staying in a hotel. There's usually an issue with the TV everywhere you go. I'm sure we only paid for a standard room but where put into a Premium room, which came with a Nespresso coffee machine. Great for someone like me who loves a morning coffee. The staff in the hotel were incredibly friendly. One name I'd like to mention in particular is Yusuf, who was working around the reception area. He was so polite and friendly and is an absolute asset to the company. I don't know if anyone reads these reviews, but if you do, please pass this on to management. The only downside to this hotel was the price. Working in the travel industry I understand how and why prices can fluctuate, but the cost of this room increased by Β£50 overnight, and we ended up paying just over Β£300 for 1 night's stay, which for a Premier Inn seems a bit excessive, despite the location. We didn't try the food at the hotel as we visited to do shopping and try out the famous food markets. However based on the staff, the room and the location i would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of visiting London.β
βVery nice hotel. Room was spacious, there was ironing equipment in the room. Despite being very close to the airport and train tracks, the rooms are perfectly sound proofed. Aircon is also very efficient and quiet. I enjoyed my stay.β
βWe love the hotel and the location. Great views and upscale vibe. Xavier checked us in and made us feel at home by explaining all the amenities thoroughly. He made an excellent pub recommendation for lunch too. Overall Xavier went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. All is well.β
βVery nice hotel. I loved. Mattress really comfy. Room is very useable. Breakfast downstairs good regular intercontinental breakfast. But upstairs Daniel is amazing ! His coffee is the best coffee in London. He is kind and very helpful. And reception girls so lovely. They help about some recommendations restaurants and top places around the hotel. Gym have enough cardio and dumbbells.β
βI was impressed by how organized and informative the London Zoo is. I visited with students to do a conservation workshop, and the quality of learning was outstanding. The zoo was incredibly clean, and constructed with so much purpose and intentionality. I appreciated that many animals that require larger enclosures were not located at this property and instead out at Whipsnade, though I still found it a little jarring having a zoo in the middle of a city, with roads literally passing through the middle of it. However, we saw how much work was being done to provide support and care for the animals, and it was clear that they are intentional in all they are doing. Would definitely recommend and visit again.β
βExcellent IHG hotel - Rooms are large, clean, stylish and well appointed, with a fridge, iron, tea and coffee-making facilities and a safe. You couldnβt ask for more. - Good recognition for higher-tier IHG members; I was upgraded to a room on the Club floor. - The Club lounge evening happy hour is excellent, with a good selection of hot and cold food, plus wine, beers and soft drinks. Breakfast is better in the restaurant the afternoon offering is disappointing. Mihaela who works in the lounge most evenings, is friendly and provides excellent service. - Thereβs a decent gym, plus a restaurant and bar with reasonable prices. You can also eat at the other nearby hotels. - Hotel is connected directly to Terminal 4 via a covered walkaway. Itβs a 5-10min walk. - Note that when prices are unreasonably high, the connecting Holiday Inn Express may be a more cost-effective option.β
βExcellent quality shoes, very nice shop and staff, always a great selectionβ
βWe chose to stay here for a weekend in the ready tents. The glamping tents were well equipped with fridge, hob, kettle, toaster etc. It also had bunk beds and a double bed perfect for family of 4 or 5. The sleeping areas were great with blackout sides for a good night's sleep. The site had very clean washing facilities and staff were friendly and welcoming. We will easily be coming back again for another weekend!β
βFantastic place for dinner , lunch or tea . Friendly staff very welcoming and fantastic variety of menu. Plenty of drinks available. Would highly recommend .β
βI had a wonderful stay at Premier Inn Ealing and couldnβt be happier with the experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The room was spacious, quiet, and had an extremely comfortable bed, which ensured a great nightβs sleep. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help, making check-in and check-out quick and hassle-free. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to public transport, shops, and nearby restaurants. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and lives up to the high standards Premier Inn is known for. I would definitely recommend Premier Inn Ealing to anyone visiting London and would happily stay here again.β
βI had a wonderful stay at Premier Inn and would like to give huge thanks to Emine for her exceptional customer service. Although the room was freezing cold when I first arrived, Emine immediately stepped in and went above and beyond to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. She was incredibly warm, friendly, and reassuring, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Her positive attitude, professionalism, and genuine care completely transformed what could have been a negative experience into a very positive one. Emine is a real asset to the hotel and a credit to Premier Inn. Thank you so much for your kindness and outstanding service.β
βFantastic place to stay for getting into London. It may be at the end of the tube line. But it does get you great service, comfortable rooms, fantastic breakfast and best if all, free parking!β
βThe room was pleasant and lovely and clean. Staff were helpful. Location was perfect. My only issue was the shower head leaked a little, but I had a very comfortable 2 nights away. On site parking was a bonus. Thanks to Brivony with your help sorting out the parking payment. Overall a good stay, would definitely use again.β
βStayed at Orpington Premier Inn over Xmas and was very impressed. The team were very helpful and friendly. Food was great and they catered for all our family who joined us at breakfast which was lovely.β
βWe stay at a lot of Premier Innβs when going on mini-breaks with the kids and this is probably the favourite one weβve stayed in. Excellent location, close to Warner Bros / Harry Potter tour. Room (Quad / Family) was clean and spacious. Great air conditioning too. Breakfast (cooked by Frank) was delicious and well presented (Eggs were cooked to order). All of the staff (especially Marie/Maria) were pleasant, friendly and very helpful. The whole place had a nice, relaxed vibe. Would definitely recommend.β
βThe community rebuilt this park cafe and it is an excellent facility enjoyed by everyone who uses the park and Claygate Primary School. On a sunny weekend you will see many groups and families playing games, having fun, eating ice creams, with drinks etc. Food gets 4 stars only because it is not Michelin starred.β
βThe service at this place was exceptional. Surprisingly a great hotel with decent parking and very close to the airport as well. A special shoutout to Asher, the bartender, whose performance at the bar was brilliant. His upselling techniques were impressive, and his recommendations for food were perfect.β
βSmall spend but can fill up your freezer, Offers every week, My freezer is happy :-)β
βWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. A special thank-you to Smriti in the restaurantβher warm, attentive, and professional service truly stood out. She took great care of us throughout our stay. βI stayed here last week and had a wonderful time. The room was very well cleaned and had a decent view out to the main road + the matresses were soft and comfortable. I really enjoyed their free breakfast as well. The next tube station is just a 10 minute walk away which is super convenient. (Bus even less with just a 2 minute walk) The staff was very pleasant and even assisted me with a call when I ordered some food to the hotel. I'd definitely come again. :)β
βWent to Gravesend for the day and stayed the night here. Was greater kindly and served by Vlada who kindly got us a ground floor room have our Romeo with us (Maltipoo) she recommended a few places to visit while on our stay and very helpful. In the morning had the breakfast that is included in the stay and was welcomed very nicely by Claire who was very friendly too along with all the staff. Overall a lovely place to stay very chilled and wonderful staffβ
βI arrived early to get changed for a wedding and your systems were down but Sarah sorted everything out for me, got me into a room to be able to get changed. She was so helpful. In the morning Claire was on duty and the breakfast was really busy, she sorted me out and was so friendly and helpful. A great experience.β
βNever been to this Travelodge before but Iβve stayed in many and this one is a good position, close to the end of the M1. Itβs a little convoluted to get here, certainly if youβre coming down from the M1 but Google is your friend so just follow her directions and she will guide you in. There is parkingβ¦..yes you heard right, there is parking at the rear of the Hotel and I had no problem, even with the big Audi. The parking registration computer was broken so Erica the receptionist explained and gave me a form. Special mention about Erica, she was lovely and explained about breakfast, which I had booked. There was a large party in so advised I get down PDQ after 0800 to get a fuss free sitting. She sorted me a room which was on the opposing side of the hotel to the train line which runs at the back of the car park and I guess could be noisy in the night. I got into 208 on the second floor and it was the same as normal, boring but familiar, which as a business customer, is exactly as you would wish. The room was clean, tidy and well set out. I love that there are USB sockets x4 although maybe 2 could be USBc if I was being picky. Overall the room was great. I didnβt give it 10 out of 10 because there were a couple of things which let it down somewhat. The first was possibly the only thing I would actually complain about and that was the toilet flush which the chrome was breaking off which left jagged and will certainly cut your finger if you were unaware or maybe a child. The rest are just observations which wouldnβt affect your stay but maybe not what you would expect from a company of this stature. The chairs were both damaged, the desk chair because it was not ment to fit under the desk and rubs each time. The shower extractor is very rusty, as is the bottle opener, there is condensation damage to the bathroom mirror and mould on the shower wall holder. Would this stop me coming again? No, not at all as it fits my needs exactly.. I will mention the toilet flush thoughβ
βI only stayed at this Travelodge for one night, but it was quite lovely and peaceful. Good staff, good service and the room was what I needed after a long flight from Canada.β
βWe stayed here as a couple and really enjoyed it! The room isnβt super modern, but itβs cosy, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight for us was definitely the reception β open 24/7 and always so friendly and helpful. Huge thanks to Angie and Kosh for being amazing, they made us feel really welcome from the moment we arrived. Weβd happily stay here againβ
