From the moment I walked in Jayne was so helpful and I came away completely fitted out and extremely happy. They even packed it up and sent it to my daughter as we were on the way home to Spain and didn't have room in our luggage. Couldn't recommend them enough.”

“Absolutely wonderful service from Dog in Black for a number of years now. My Labrador Ted has been walked by them 3-4 times a week for at the last two-three years. The carers over that time have always been fantastic, very communicative and clearly experienced and dog lovers in general. For anyone interested in more of the details, for the standing arrangements where your pup is walked 3-4 times a week on similar/the same days they aim to have the same carer do all of their walks. Its a great setup which means that my dog builds a great relationship/bond with the walkers. Special shoutout to Becky, Alana, Louise and Madika who have all at various times been Teds primary walker and have always done an amazing job. They send you lovely updates after the walk every day, and when you're having a bad day in the office its always nice to get a few pictures/videos of your dog out there living his best life. They have always been very flexible and quick to respond on the administrative side and I really have nothing but good things to say about them. Thanks to all of the team and I look forward to many more years of one seriously happy and tired Labrador when I get in from the office.”

“We came here after work with some friends a few weeks back and a big shoutout to Ava (such a lovely person). We appreciated the hospitality and customer service from staff around and loved how big, spacious and cozy the pub felt from the moment we walked in as well. It was fairly busy but nothing too loud or rowdy by any means to the point it made anyone uncomfortable. Overall, our group had a good time even though we didn't stay up too late and had no complaints! Thumbs up from me.”

“A must visit for anyone who wants to see our rich tradition of pubs in East London before it's too late. Don't just pose outside making TikTok videos, get yourself multiple pints of beer and make sure you have a good old chinwag with as many people as you can around the tables before getting hoofed out onto the cobbles at closing time. Piano night on a Monday is a great buzz. This place is the only pub I know in inner city London serving Crouch Vale and it's very nice. The ESB will also give you some old strong London flavours if you've never had it before. The staff are cool and I want to see this place stay the same for another 100 years.”

My hair texture is very different so the hair dressers didn’t cut them properly. But Nermin told me that she got a very experienced hairdresser at the salon and I should get my hair cut from her. I was not sure but when I got the haircut from Yalda, OMG! I could not imagine that she’ll Give me such a good hair cut. She gave me a head massage during hair wash, cut my hair calmly and even gave me tips about how to keep my hair healthy. I found my dream hairdresser and I am not going anywhere else!! The salon’s ambiance was soooooo goooood and relaxing!”
