“My dad took me here and at first I was sceptical, as I’m very much a beginner in spice and not always in the mood for a late dinner night out. But once I was there I didn’t want to go! The staff and very helpful, nice and definitely know their Indian food! And the spice? Don’t worry, from beginners to spice pros it’s perfect! There’s a lot of effort put into this great restaurant! “We held a work party in the upstairs room at the Hospital Tavern and it was brilliant! The events manager was fantastically helpful, service was brilliant, and the selection of food and drink available was fab, we didn't scratch the surface of the equipment available (mics, lights, sound etc!) but what we used was great. The pub is in a great location and has a really friendly, fun vibe... also nice late opening hours!”

“Stay here a few times, for the value you seriously can't fault Mama Shelter. Always very welcoming and the rooms and furnished to a high standard and always clean. Some nice extras and great breakfast. The restaurant downstairs is super tasty and offers a unique room service/pick-up system. If you stay at The Hoxton, Mama Shelter gives a similar feel (same group) - location is ok but not the best.”

“Some of the dishes are exceptional and very close to the original in Thailand (taking into account Ingredients might be different). The starter snacks are super. Larb Gai tort (minty chicken balls), pik Gai tort (deep fried split wings marinated in fish sauce) and DIY noodles were amazing!!! The Khao Soy (northern style curried noodles) was delicious!!!! The Krapow was okay (yet to find a good one in London) but still tasty. The service is excellent. Worth a visit!!!”

I had the Hunky Dory Shellac gel manicure done and I'm very pleased with the result. There's lots of colours to choose from. Mainly because parking can be tough on nearby streets at the best of times. There is three self pay counters and four norma staffed counters.
