“Everything good but faiza the girl work overthere is really rude to customer showing attitude just tell her to be nice and polite to customers as no business can run without customers and staff is there to give good service to peoples not to show them attitude. What will you lose by being nice to customers and we are regular customers we almost come everyday, so just noticed this. Otherwise everything is really good from taste to costumer service from other two girls.”

“This is my third time going in here and I always had good time and vibes, the staff and the manager are very friendly and professional, We went also in group during the football game(England and Spain) and the servings was still good even if the pub was full, I recommend the chips and the chicken, there is also lots of space outside in the "garden" and inside. Recommend to everyone”

However I would still recommend it because the staff did care and were polite and professional, but come on Caraway management you are doing such a great job in other areas you can train the staff better.”

“Had a great time here with a few friends. Exceptional service, good music and very competitive prices. They have healthy food portions and fancy plates. The restaurant is usually busy on Friday (and I understand on weekends too), so best to reserve a table to guarantee a seat! Was looked after my Nikki who provided an excellent service. One area of improvement is the waiting time for the meal to come out. I guess with the great music in the background, you might not notice you've been waiting half an hour for your food to turn up! Well done guys. Five star treatment.”

“After reading a lot of reviews, have been to this place with kids. Food, service and speed of service is amazing. There were a lot of uber/just eat and telephone orders being placed and collected. This place seems quite popular. Entire team were professionally handling collections, and orders within restaurant very efficiently. Did not feel there was delay or waiting. There was a big group reservation, and a lot of individual tables being attended. About food itself, it was very delicious and was also customised to kids needs. Definitely going back to this place, on my next trip to Illford. There is parking available in streets around, and also at front of the restaurant. There are a lot of options to choose for vegetarians too.”

“If you are a kebab or meat lover and looking for a halal restaurant in London, this is the place to come. The food was incredible, I'd say all the items were well prepared and cooked. You can understand that from the first bite. The service was also awesome, everyone were really welcoming and respectful. Atmosphere could be better if good songs can be played but the restaurant itself is mesmerizing. Good place to come for family gatherings.”

“I’ve never been too fond of Chinese food, but this place made me think twice about it! It’s a fusion between Indian and Chinese food. The concept of the business is excellent, and the food is the type to blow your mind. I went with three mates and we all ordered something different. I tried about of all four meals and I was thrown back by my taste buds break dancing... on all four occasions! The visit is always a pleasant one if you end up satisfied by the meal!”

“Well worth it! Food taste delicious and lot of different options on the menu. Food came quick, was fresh and hot. Desi breakfast was good compared to other places and so was the English breakfast. Karak chai was basic but food made up of it. Nice decor and loads of seating upstairs. Overall a brilliant visit.”

“MAM GRILL HUT - first time trying the new venue which was previously known as the grill hut. Since under new ownership, the eatery has had brand new interior which is vibrant and welcoming, far greater improvement. The tables were clean and plenty of seating was available. As a group of 8 we were attended to by the extremely friendly staff. Menu items are plentiful. We opted for the grill chicken platter with 4 lamb chops grilled chicken wings and 2 large sides. Food was prepared fresh and succulent. Flavour was spot on. The fried chicken was fresh and extremely tasty. Customer service was really good with all requests being catered to. On a separate occasion we ordered takeaway and the food was just as good! A great new addition to Goodmayes. Well worth a visit.”

The casual vibe with authentic Punjabi decor and efficient & humble staff made it welcoming, but the food stole the show fresh, flavorful, and bursting with Indian street food charm.”

“If you crave spice, this is the place to go to! Recently I’ve been let down to a great extent when it comes to spicy food. The Bangladeshi Naga is the world most spiciest natural grown (non modified) spice in the world. A lot of places in east London sell Naga wings... well they claim to anyway. But it seems as though all the places have reduced their spice levels together like it’s been regulated by the government! I’ve never had a spicy pizza and decided to come here as my mates were talking about it, and boy was I satisfied! Their muddy fries was amazing too! Place was clean and customer service was on point too. Just typing this reviews is making my mouth water, which means I will be visiting real soon again!”
