“I came here at 8:30am to get my passenger rear wheel replaced with a new tyre. I had booked an appointment and arrived on time. I was able to wait whilst my wheel was changed and carry on working from my laptop in the office. I observed Shah (the manager) and another gentleman to be trying the best with appointments they had, even though they had a lot of staff sicknesses that day (it was a Monday). My wheel was replaced within an hour and I appreciated the customer service the entire way. Thanks!”

Bought a couple of sets for my daughters birthday, one of which she had worn once and while wearing accidentally fell over and ripped open all the knee of the leggings. I emailed asking if I could purchase a pair of leggings so that I didn’t have to order the full set again, and they kindly had some spare so sent them out for free (at their own cost for postage too!) will 100% be buying from Harris kids again.. thank you so much xx”

“I normally go here every Thursday for lunch. And the other businesses in the area don’t have the value for money, quality and the convenience this place has. I’m never tired of the Dal Vada and the Mutton Rolls. The staff member at the warm food stand is always so polite, never had negative experience here. The only complaint I can think of is the mutton rolls have increased in price by 10p decently, but they are so good I don’t mind paying.”

“Visiting the pharmacy has always been a easy and pleasant experience. Not being used to how the chemist process works, I've always been looked after and walk out with my correct prescription. Not only that, they offer a service to remind me to order my repeats and let me know when they are ready. I today visited the fragrance section and despite there being only a few staff on the floor (it was close to closing) a lovely helping assistant came over and served me. It was nice to be served by a friendly member of staff who genuinely was pleasant. Not something you see nowadays. Overall to this day, I have always had a great experience in Boots. Thank you for looking after me”
