Although they didn’t have an appointment to fully check my car over for three weeks the man behind the desk kindly offered to check my oil level, turned out this was all that was needed. “I must post this because it's so well deserved. The guys at Epsom HPS (and girls, in case there are any there and that offends someone) are quite unbelievable. I have been using HPS Epsom for many years but since starting semi-retirment, the business I put their way is minimal. However, they still treat me like I am spending a fortune and honestly they can't do enough to help. Every person who serves me is knowledgeable or will confer with a more knowledgeable staff member if they are struggling on a specific item or matter and they really make buying goods a pleasure. I had mislaid an invoice recently so needed to phone the branch to obtain a duplicate for my accounts. Not only was the assistant's tone very positive and helpful, he also remembered my business name and the peculiar spelling haha and had emailed me the copy invoice before I had hung up the phone. It really is a shame more businesses don't employ staff like these guys (and girls and odd identifiers) as their businesses would benefit hugely. Well done to everyone there.”

Units and everything arrived with precision and he was always on hand to answer questions along the way. His fitter of the worktops said the units were fitted to absolute perfection as no spacers were needed at all. “Our son had a football match nearby and we popped into this café — what a hidden gem. A few of us grabbed bacon rolls, coffees and pastries for the parents. Super friendly staff, great coffee, and really lovely pastries and sandwiches. We’ll definitely be back.”

“I first met the Autofficina team at a garage open day about 15 years ago. Despite my old Beetle being far from their usual supercar customers they welcomed me with open arms and have helped me out several times over the years when VW garages have let me down. So when I decided to buy my first Ferrari there was only one place I wanted to buy it from! I knew exactly what I wanted, and it was quite a niche spec I was after. I wanted a 360 spider, it had to be manual, it had to be blue and of course it had to be a well cared for car. They found me the absolute perfect car that ticks all those boxes and more! It also had a few more details specced when it was new, like Ferrari wing shields, raised silver centre caps on the wheels, coordinated seat stitching and it's also a 2005 car. This makes it one of the last 360's built and also means it's ULEZ exempt. Best of all they sold the car to the last owner 12 years ago and have looked after it for him, so they know the car's history having just serviced and replaced belts just 2 months ago. I couldn't be happier; buying the car from people I trust has taken all the fear out of buying a used supercar!”
