We've had issues with ordering mirrors , damage and refunds from other large retailers previously, which we told the guys here and they were very accommodating so we got what we wanted . I am coming to this coffee shop occasionally when I meet my friends, staff polite, friendly, helpful and welcoming, never mind which members of the team are working. “HGV delivery to this site is a bit tight. Drive in, reverse out and tip from one side on the road. Give the company a call beforehand to check ideal time for delivery to avoid local peak traffic for the local primary/nursery school. Be considerate when parking, it's possible to leave enough room for the public to pass. Everyone was very friendly from my phone call through to delivery. Unloaded very quickly with a Reach from a friendly forkie. However, the jewel in the crown was your employee Luke. Absolutely cracking lad who took all the stress out of reversing safety back out onto the main road, keeping an eye on me, the cars and keeping the public safe at the same time whilst being clear with his signals. Top bloke! Appreciate it.”

“What an amazing shop where do I start?! First of all the lovely baked goods; baguettes, pastries, Turkish simit and turnovers are a wonderful way to start the morning. This is the only store in the area where I can find well priced blood oranges and figs which is rare this time of year. Also the butcher has a wonderful array of meats to choose from that are high quality and well sourced. Will definitely come back!”

“Lidl in Pinner is a small one but has almost everything we want, and we can walk there. If we want a large Lidl we go to South Ruislip or Harrow Weald. Their prices are better than other supermarkets and quality just as good.”

I shared my size and preferences, and was able to pick up two perfect abayas - very good quality, very reasonably priced the next morning, before flying.
