“I came in with left over red hair that had been stripped by another salon giving me half orange and half pink hair. Most of it had frazzled and I was wanting to leave with healthy by blond hair without losing loads of length from it. The results were outstanding, and they listened to everything I could want. My hair looks incredible and after one session with Demi i went to a rose gold colour (no bandage or anything) and healthy looking hair. I was mainly with Demi who did all the highlighting/dying of my hair and then Joanna who cut and helped with the toning. I came in with my 14 week son aswell and the entire time every member of staff made me/him feel welcome and not an inconvenience for being there. “I came into Romford store yesterday with a voucher and wasn’t sure what I wanted at first and either how much was on my voucher. The two girls that was working was very helpful. Nadine checked how much was on my voucher and proceeded to help me look. Once I found what I wanted she let me try it on the ring and then processed to check out. She was very welcoming and very helpful and was talking to me which was nice.”

It was an easy process from the initial home visit by Richard then the drawings, any amendments and the subsequent delivery. I liked the fact I could go to the showroom with any issues and they were able to deal with it there and then. Friendly staff, easy to communicate with. The haircut I had was exactly what I wanted (I showed photos to Jo who knew exactly what to do straight away). Super clear communication throughout and I walked out extremely pleased. “Came here recently to purchase a particular ring. The lady that served us was so lovely and helpful. I got the impression she hadn't been working there long but that didn't matter because her demeanor, customer service, open body language and enthusiasm put us at ease as soon as she began serving us. I hope she sees this and feels proud. She was the black lady with the short hair. The other ladies in the shop seemed like they didn't want to be there. I hope she gets commission on her sales.”

“Hi, I’ve been going to this Argos for years, Never had any problems or any issues My family also come to this Argos. I like that they are very fast forward and simple They don’t do extra! Kind and nice and simple what more could u want Don’t believe the negative comments if I was you. From a customers perspective I’ll give it a 10 out of 10 compared to other Argoses I have been to. I really like the guy with the beard curly hair I think brown guy. Big up to him. All the staff are great”
