“Some people here haven't tried enough barber shops to give this shop an adequate rating. The value for money is insane. Hair cut- 9/10 standard price around £10-11 Wet shave10/10....9/10 compared to the £80 London ones. Customer service 9/10 even though it's expected some shops locally are slacking Infrastructure- 9/10 above average in cleanliness. Last point- when I left I had a smile on my face and hardly any loose hairs on my body; i say hardly because their might have been some but I didn't see or feel any which is insane after getting a hair cut.”

The shop is well divided and is easy to access to all the areas. Direction signs are visible and easy to follow. Staff is very helpful, shame that sometimes are under staff, as far as I have noticed. The installation was on time, done to perfection and any small follow-up bits were sorted quickly and efficiently. I spoke to a few other local suppliers before deciding but it was the quality and level of service that drew me to Richmond Kitchens and they completely delivered.”
