“In store experience was good, we ordered a sofa at the beginning of May which would take an estimated 12 weeks for delivery. After 11weeks we received an email providing a delivery date which is in a week’s time and asking for balance. At this point we thought we’d ask the store if they know of anyone local to discard the old sofa and we stumbled over many bad google reviews about problems and got worried. Admittedly the Slough store never called us back (as requested by the SCS customer service), but our enquiry was not related to the purchase and review on trustpilot for overall feedback and delivery service was good. A day before the delivery we were given a time window. On the day we received a call half an hour before delivery. The team was great and efficient. And the sofa is as we ordered.”

“It’s a very nice place for a cup of coffee. We sat inside, enjoy the view of nature through glass. The seating arrangement is spacious, feeling very relaxed after long walking in the Kew. Cappuccino is creamy and smooth. We ordered French fries but have to wait until 12:00, very generous size and fresh. Will definitely come again.”

“Can not fault the staff or the sofa from SCS! Our sofa arrived yesterday and it's even better than we remember in the store. Michael was a fantastic salesman he knew what he was talking about and was happy to answer all of our questions whilst giving us the time to explore all their sofas. Can not fault the service after we left and decided to change our minds about the colour. We were told 10-12 weeks waiting time and it arrived on the 11th week. The prawn dumplings soup was in a clear broth with a filling amount of bed and shrimp dumplings. I hope they won't act like the reviews cause if they do I'll be saying goodbye. “Came here even with seeing the reviews as it is the only place to eat if your staying in the cabins. I got chicken tenders and some mozzarella sticks, and they were absolutely delicious. Rest of the family enjoyed the food and left stuffed. The entertainment could have been on for longer since it had ended at 7:00, the bits we had done were quite good, a kahoot and higher or lower. If you win the kahoot they give you a fast pass as a prize what I thought was awesome. Staff were lovely and were wonderful with questions. Overall lovely little food place.”
