She actually came and sat with us and clearly explained the entire purchasing process, which really helped us understand everything and feel confident in our decision. “Really big complex. Clothes stores, very fast Argos service,wide range of products great meat counter, bread,cake and sushi counters. Wide range of beer, spirits. A lot of space in aslies which helps with easy shopping. Plenty of parking space and very good bus transport links. Buses can drop of inside Sainsbury's car park or outside stores. In store order collection. Best local Sainsbury's for a full shopping week. Plenty of cash outs and self service. Hardly any ques at checkouts. Clean,bright and refreshing place to shop. Staff always available for help or support. Shelf's well stocked. A lot of economic products on sale. Really worth an experience.”

“Really delicious food. Properly made freshly with kitchen exposed so you can see. Waterfront views. I went early (5ish) hence was easily served. I don’t know about if it was really full, but my service was fine. I could imagine some long waits if it was packed - but this isn’t unlike many other restaurants in packed event seasons in other cities also. A couple in front also appeared to have good service. Compensating for the negative reviews a bit —> the interior/facilities were more like 3 stars. Food however more than compensated”

“We dined here for brunch and I have to say this place has been a nice surprise. Great value for money. I’ve been to other places that charge a lot for pancakes or french toast and did not live up to the hype. Joan’s did a great job. The only thing I would say is that the french toast was a bit dry. It would be great to have the option of adding syrup or honey, but apart from that great place to get a sweet dish. Oh and great vibes abs ambience.”
