However, the area is surrounded by restaurants and there's a 24h grocery store right across the street in case you need anything. Very good service and room for the price range considering how other hotels in the same price range but closer downtown have a shared bathroom. Yummy free breakfast offered at the diner beside. Staff are very nice and helpful and have good recommendations about routes to take, places to visit, etc.”

The curry deal with a side and drink is incredibly priced and SO filling. The Korean Wings are a must add ok either boneless or bone in. Though I've only ever done delivery and can't comment on the atmosphere, I have never had a bad experience here. In addition, it's hard to believe such a reasonably priced meal for the portion size and quality is available in London. Highly reccomend.”

“I'm sure other people have had bad experiences but honestly I couldn't fault our experience with Fabb Lakeside at all. The sales rep (can't remember name, sorry!! Lady with a Brummy accent?!) was so polite and friendly and definitely not at all pushy. We came back twice really unsure whether to go ahead and buy the sofa but at no point at all felt pressured.. in fact it was totally relaxed. She was very helpful when we had questions. We were told about 6 weeks which seemed very good for a large corner suite and would have been satisfied even if it took a little longer but 6 weeks after purchasing we got our call to say it's ready for delivery. Delivery was quick and tidy, they took all the rubbish with them. Genuinely couldn't fault a single step in the process. Maybe we were the lucky ones but considering we're super happy with our sofa and it was about £1000 cheaper than similar sofas elsewhere, I'd still say to consider this place!”
